Directions: Brush twice a day, morning and night. Put equal amounts of the whitening gel (included) and your favorite toothpaste on the Blue Light Whitening Toothbrush. If you wish, wet your brush before adding the gel, not after. Push the power button to turn it on; it will automatically be in Regular mode. (For Gentle mode push the mode button once, and once more to return to Regular mode.) Brush in small, slow, circular motions. The brush turns off automatically after 2 minutes. Rinse.
