Q: Will I pay Sales Tax on my order?
Applicable state sales tax will be applied in accordance with state tax laws.
Sales Tax will be calculated at the time of order review, before your order is placed.

Q: I bought an item from the Former Sharper Image that is broken, what do I do?
Unfortunately, we are not able to assist you with products purchased from the Former Sharper Image Company, which filed for bankruptcy on February 19, 2008. We are a new company offering new and innovative products.
Q: Are there any retail locations?
There are currently no Sharper Image store locations, our official website, www.Sharperimage.com, is the best place to purchase all the products. SharperImage.com is the premier website to new, unique and innovative gifts for everyone on your list.
Q: What is the difference between SharperImage.com and the Former Sharper Image?
On May 30, 2008, the Former Sharper Image's (The Sharper Image Corporated) assets were acquired by a joint venture formed between Hilco Consumer Capital, Gordon Brothers and Bluestar Alliance. This joint venture has been re-established as SharperImage.com. Through a licensing agreement with The Sharper Image, Camelot Venture Group, is in charge of managing and operating the SharperImage.com website and ecommerce platform. SharperImage.com has no affiliation to The Sharper Image Corporated ("TSIC") that filed for bankruptcy in 2008, or any of the various retail stores currently selling Sharper Image licensed products.
Q: My Former Sharper Image item has time left on the Warranty, who do I contact?
Unfortunately, we do not have any information about the warranty on items purchased from the Former Sharper Image On February 19, 2008, The Sharper Image Corporated (“TSIC”) operating under previous ownership and management, filed for bankruptcy in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. Since that filing, a new group of investors acquired certain assets of TSIC including the brand name and the SharperImage.com website.
Q: How can I obtain replacement parts?
SharperImage.com does not provide replacement parts and or repair service at this time. We are not the product manufacturer therefore do not have access to replacement parts. If you received a defective item and need to return it for the same item, please call our Customer Service line (1-877-714-7444) to request a new item.

Q: How do I ship to APO or FPO?
SharperImage.com has partnered with ShipItAPO.com for all APO/FPO shipments. You will need to sign up at ShipItAPO.com for your unique stateside street adress, and then come back to SharperImage.com to complete your order. You will use this unique ShipItAPO.com issued address as your "Ship To" address during checkout.

SharperImage.com will issue a refund after we receive and process an acceptable return. For items directed to our Returns Center, it can take 7-14 business days to receive a refund after the item has been received.

Q: What does it mean if my order is processing?
An order and a processing status has been received by SharperImage.com and sent to the warehouse for processing. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for your order to ship. You will receive a shipping confirmation email at that time, and tracking information will be available.
Q: When should I expect my order if shipping to a PO BOX?
Please note PO Box shipments can take up to 14 business days to deliver.
