FC-10 Sharper Image foot and calf massager issues.
Less than a year old. It's stuck on one setting, None of the buttons work to change to a different setting.

My Massager is less than a year old and it's stuck on one setting. Not allowing me to change the settings at all. Don't know how it happened. I only use it once or twice a month. Maybe there's a way to reset it somehow.

Came without the power cord.
I can't tell you how it works, because it came without the power cord. Can't get a hold of anyone on the weekend. It would be nice if you could send the cord so that my terminally ill husband can use it for what little time he has left.

Not recommended for older ages (60 and above)
After using this product for about two months, I don't use it anymore. Because my feet start being hurt by the massaging. The more I use, the more painful my feet feel. This is suffering. There is no "mild" to choose.
