Quit Smoking System

I've been a smoker since my high school days, and after 10 years of smoking, I finally decided to quit. Doing some research online lead me to the Freedom Quit Smoking system. 10 days to quit smoking? I had to at least give it a shot. When I received the product, I was first skeptical as I was used to products such as Nicorette or nicotine patches. The headset was easy to use and set up, and it offered me plenty of versatility in when and where I wanted to use it when I had cravings for cigarettes. The aversion products (mouth spray and wristband) also helped me to stay cigarette free when I didn't have access to the headphones. After just 2-3 days, my cravings for cigarettes dropped significantly. After 10 days, I felt confident enough to say that I could go without smoking another cigarette again. If you or any loved ones are serious about quitting smoking, Freedom Quit Smoking is a great product for getting you there. As long as you follow the instructions and advice laid out in the system, you will also be able to kick your nicotine cravings for good. I wish I had discovered this product sooner!

I was looking everywhere for a smoking cessation product that would serve as the one thing I needed to quit smoking. Never thought it would exist, after spending hundreds, probably thousands of dollars on things like patches, lozenges, and e-cigs. I'm ever grateful that I stumbled on this product - it literally saved my life for the better. The headset is extremely effective and multi-purpose in my opinion. For me, I use it to relax and the light therapy just does something that essentially turns off the "I want to smoke" switch in my head. That said, I also use the headset to just relax and calm my nerves throughout the day. It really works, amazing how something so intangible can be so effective. Disclaimer: you need to cooperate with the product. It's not magic, but if you give it a chance, it serves it's purpose as a great support tool. The "craving control" spray is a great addition to the set, as it helps with the physical cravings. Overall, this is an awesome product - cheers to whoever made it. I'd recommend it to any smoker before all the other products on the market which are essentially just full of nicotine themselves.

I usually don't write reviews, but I felt compelled to try to tell as many people about the benefits of this product. As a longtime smoker, I have seriously tried all the quit smoking methods you can find out there. While my heart and effort was there, I feel like the products itself was lacking. This system does a great job of combining the mental aspects of smoking addiction with its products. What this means is that when I used all of the different components together as instructed, it created a certain mental assistance to stop smoking. So if you have a strong desire and want to quit smoking and willing to put in the effort, then the Freedom Quit Smoking system is the only thing you need to start and finish your goal.

My daugher gave me this product for Christmas. She had always wanted me to quit smoking. Being a 25 year smoker, I had tried many different things to help me quit, but to no avail. When I received this kit, I was skeptical. I'd never heard of it before, but my daughter said she saw a commercial for it and thought this would make a good present for me for Christmas. The system came with many tools and it seemed daunting at first. The user manual quickly diffused that as it laid out the steps to use each tool. After reading through it, it made sense. Each tool that the product included seemed to serve its own purpose, like reducing withdrawals and cravings or educate me about nicotine addiction- which I found to be very helpful. With the gum and patches, they never bothered explaining why I was using their products or why I was addicted to cigarettes. The Freedom quit smoking system was different in that regard. The system is marketed as a "10 day system" but in reality, you quit from day 1. It's difficult at first, but the tools provided definitely help make it a lot easier. I just followed the book and did as I was instructed. Now it's been almost 2 weeks, and I've been smoke free. I cannot be more proud of myself. I would recommend this product to anyone trying to quit. I think the lack of nicotine in the product is what ultimately worked for me. Staying addicted and still using nicotine with the gum made it very challenging to stop smoking, not to mention the horrible taste and nauseating effect.

I've been a 15 year smoker since I was 16, picked it up when kids in my class started smoking. It's been a long uphill battle to fight the addiction. I quit for a few months when my wife was pregnant, but picked it right back up after. I heard about the Freedom quit smoking kit from my cousin, who used it to quit smoking herself. I tried it and the results speak for themselves. It's been 2 years since I last smoked, and I don't crave cigarettes anymore. For me what worked well was the combination of both physical and psychological therapy. The spray provided really helps to reduce tobacco cravings and it's convenient that I can carry it wherever I go. I reordered more after I used up the supply given. The Headset is really the main piece, it provides a calming sensation for me when I feel the cravings or feel unsettled. It puts you in a trance state and it is very relaxing. The most important part for me was the audio therapy. The audio therapy CD walks you through the sotp smoking process and really helps you understand and rationalize what cigarettes are doing to your body. it made me realize what I was doing to not only me, but my family and friends too. The combination of these tools (and a few others) worked well and I've found myself making more positive changes after i've quit smoking, like exercising. I can breathe so much easier now! I've recommended this to my smoking friends, it's worked for most of them, if not at least reduce the amount smoked.

This product was a very unique and different approach to quit smoking. Ive tried other methods before like the gum and patches, both were horrible experiences and left me with side effects. This Freedom quit smoking system is different because it does not use any nicotine, which is why I think it was successful for me. The product uses all natural ingredients, which I like. It was also good that you only hav eto buy it one time and don't have to keep buying it, because that was the case with most other products. I'd highly recommend this for anyone trying to quit smoking. I've recommended it to my friends and family and it worked for them as well.

I purchased this product after having tried various other methods: nicotine patch, gum, inhaler. I was recommended this product by a friend who recently quit smoking. I had my initial doubts about the product, but decided it couldn't hurt to give it a try since they were offering a free trial. My family really wanted me to quit. This system consists of multiple components, I feel that each component works together to make the best of the quit-smoking process. Different individuals probably have different opinions on each component, but I thought it was a fairly complete set of tools to help change one's bad habits. It takes commitment and 30-60 minutes of your day for 2 weeks (which I thought was an amazingly short amount of time to get off smoking). The system is designed to lessen your urges and cravings every time they come up. After I started the program, I noticed my cravings decreased day by day. Along with the anti-oxidant and lung support supplements, I felt my body getting healthier. (This could also be attributed to me exercising more to get my mind off smoking.) Today marks 3 weeks since i touched a cigarette (and 3 weeks since I began this program), I can honestly say I never thought I'd be where I am this quickly - I had been trying to quit for years. And I hope I never have to pick up a cigarette ever again. I know other products may be cheaper and be better marketed, but they aren't nearly as effective as advertised. I already got my money's worth with Freedom. Freedom costs $100, I smoke a pack a day at ~$5, it's been 20 days so 5x20 = 100. A lot of you probably are too lazy to read all that. Long story short, if you're a smoker and you want to quit, I'm sure there are of other quit smoking methods out there, but Freedom is one method that made quitting both easier and quicker.
