Thankful for Relief
My husband and I both started having deep pain in our heels and calves. Orthopedic told us to do specific stretches EVERY day after we wake up. The stretches helped, however adding this device to our stretching made a HUGE difference! We are happy on our feet all day at the ranch and on rocky surfaces. This amazingly simple piece of engineering gives a stretch that cannot be obtained any other way. We will be buying a second one to keep in my husband's work truck so the benefits can be felt throughout the day for both of us. Now my neighbor who runs marathons stops by to use it too. She had major relief after the first use! Do yourself a big favor, buy this and use it! You have nothing to loose but the pain!

Be Consistent
This stretcher is giving immediate relief (so far.) I would recommend daily use of a few sessions to continue the journey to eliminate plantar fasciitis discomfort.

Good stretch
Perfect for getting a good stretch of your foot and lower leg. Relieves heel pain. Toe and heel stops come out easily and will grip your shoe and have to be put back in place. Not a big deal but should stay in place. I'd buy it again.

Good stretch
I am trying to stretch toes tendons Achilles calves in an attempt to help my plantar fasciitis. This is good but I gas image between this and the regular flat foot bed stretcher. With this one you must wear shoes
