Just place the probe in your entrée, whether on the grill or in the oven, and choose your desired level of doneness. The probe will wirelessly transmit to the display unit, which you can take with you – up to 100 feet away. Your entrée won’t burn while you relax; you’ll hear 4 beeps and “it’s done” (in your choice of 5 languages) when it’s time to remove your steak, roast or burgers for serving.
