It worked okay
I used this to rejuvenate my jewelry - some of which was very tarnished. The jewelry that was dirty/dusty or mildly tarnished looks good . The stuff that was very tarnished still isnt wearable after a couple washings. I did use the recommended sparkle packs with the machine.

Cleans jewerly to a sparkle!
Cleans Jewerly to a very nice shine. However only put jewerly in that you know for a fact is silver or gold. No overlay. Put a bracelet in that had a black overlay over the silver and it basically took off all the black. Other than that cleans the jewerly very nicely with the Sharper Image Jewerly Cleaner Machine
