Great for those with sciatic pain
Excellent pad for those with sciatic nerve pain or sacroiliac joint pain. The pad is thick and heavy but can make just about any firm seat comfortable for hours! It doesn't work on soft surfaces like the couch but my office chair and table chairs are finally comfortable! Yay!!

Ahhhh, so comfortable
My RAM 2500 SLT standard bucket seat is awful. The trucker's cushion totally changed my driving experience. Very comfortable.

I bought this for my father, not for my personal use.
This is being used by my father who lives in an assisted living home where he spends most of his waking hours in a recliner. Because he sleeps much of this time while sitting/or reclining he was developing sore spots that could turn into bed sores this cushion should make that less likely.

Trucker cushion is exactly what I needed for long drives
Truckers cushion is great for office chair and long haul trips. Relieves lower back pain allowing longer driving time. Must remember not to leave in vehicle when can overheat over 105F can destroy if used overheated

REALLY GREAT

I AM GLAD THAT I BOUGHT THE BLUE GEL CUSHION
I have an assortment of cushions that I have tried and the best one so far is your blue gel cushion. I sit a lot due to a mobility problem so I spent a considerable amount of time sitting in a roll around office chair which gives me some mobility. I would certainly recommend this gel cushion as the best for comfort during the hours that I spend in the chair. Larry
