The product is exactly as advertised
This small backpack telescope isn't for gazing at far off galaxies, although you can see them. It is a basic beginners type and perfect for its purpose...to create a desire to learn. While objects are still rather small when viewed the correct choices of lenses will allow a decent view of the object. For example when seeing Jupiter several moons were very visible and the outline of Saturn was distinguishable. Additionally, the craters and other features of the moon are very recognizable. It's perfect to teach beginners how to locate and track objects as they move and illustrates how rapidly things are moving in space. Anyone wanting a casual view of the night sky and the feeling of discovery when getting lined up will need one of these.

Works well for the price
