I will be buying this same product again.

The person I gave this to as a Christmas gift is my brother in law. My father died in 1992 and this is why I bought it. I will be buying more with different dates if possible.

Beautiful knife, but only one problem

This was a gift for Christmas from my parents, and I have to say that it is a very beautiful looking knife. It is obviously for display purposes only as it doesn't have a pocket clip for carrying, and when I first received the knife it was far more dull than a butter knife, so it's clear it's for display purposes only. However, after sharpening it with a stone for about 20 minutes, it turned out to be very sharp. Overall, wonderful display knife and a perfect gift, only negative was that the blade wasn't actually a blade at first, just insanely dull.

Dad loved it!

Great gift idea. My dad received it from us as a Father's Day gift, and he thought it was really unique and cool. We used his birthday, but might do one with his retirement date as well. He will likely just have it displayed in the house, but it was a nice looking knife that could do some damage.
