Satisfaction Guarantee (top)
If you are not pleased with your purchase, simply return the product within 60 days for a prompt refund, credit or exchange. We ask that returned products be in like-new condition, with original packaging and materials. Select branded electronics have a 14-day return privilege. These products must be returned unopened within 14 days with shrink wrap/packaging fully intact in order to receive a full refund. If the product is returned open (even if it hasn't been used), a 10% restocking fee will apply. No returns will be accepted if parts are missing.

Nearly all of our packages are shipped specifying 3 to 7 business-day delivery; some orders may take up to 10 days for delivery within the U.S. For shipping outside the U.S. please see International Shipping. Some items may only be available for delivery through "In-Home Delivery" and/or "Royal Service," in which case these selections will be the only options shown. Please note that if your order includes items shipping via "In-Home Delivery" and/or "Royal Service" to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or other territories, you will incur additional charges; a few large, heavy or factory-direct items are shipped by truck and will incur additional charges; orders of more than 10 products or heavier than 20 lbs. may incur additional charges. We stand behind every product we sell. If you're not absolutely pleased with your purchase — for any reason — we'll be happy to make an exchange or refund the purchase price (less delivery charges). Simply return the item to us within 60 days via insured parcel post or UPS to:

Price Matching Policy (top)
If you find one of our products in another store or catalog for a lower price, we'll match it. And up to 30 days after purchase, we'll refund any price difference. Our policy applies to the identical U.S.-warranted product, confirmed to be in stock at the time of the offer. Proof of the offer (such as an ad) is required. This price match policy does not apply to Internet or "sale" prices.

Closing Store Return Policy: Can Closing Store purchases be returned?
No. All purchases made at Closing Stores are "as is" and final. No returns are permitted at any Sharper Image location.
"Sharper Image" Return Policy: Where can I return a purchase made at a store before it became a Closing Store?
All products purchased at The Sharper Image retain their stated return privilege-usually 14 or 60 days from date of purchase, depending on the product. You are welcome to return or exchange those items at any on-going Sharper Image store , or you can call our Customer Service representatives at 1-800-344-5555 for assistance.
Gift Cards & Merchandise Certificates: Can I use a Sharper Image Gift Card or Merchandise Certifcate at a Closing Store?
No. The closing stores cannot honor Sharper Image Gift Cards or Merchandise Certificates. Those must be redeemed in the on-going Sharper Image stores or by calling 1-800-344-4444.
Sharper Image Credit Card: Can I use my Sharper Image Credit Card to make a purchase at a Closing Store and will I receive Rewards Points for my purchases?
