What is your return policy? (top)
We stand behind every product we sell. If you're not absolutely pleased with your purchase — for any reason — we'll be happy to make an exchange or refund the purchase price (less delivery charges). Simply return the item to us within 60 days via insured parcel post or UPS to:

You can also return products to any of our stores nationwide. From sharperimage.com you can look for the store nearest you by selecting "Store Location" at the top of the page or "Find Your Store"near the bottom of any page under the heading Customer Service.
We ask that returned products be in like-new condition with original packaging and materials. Select branded electronics have a 14-day return privilege and, if opened, a 10% restocking fee. No returns will be accepted if parts are missing. A receipt must accompany all returns.

Note: We are not able to handle walk-in returns from customers at this address.

Credits will be issued when the returned merchandise has been received and processed in the U.S. Please allow approximately 7 to 15 business days. To request a refund of duty and taxes, complete the back of Form E-14, Canadian Customs Postal Import Form, and send it to the nearest Canadian Casual Refund Centres (listed on the back of the form). When you ask for a refund, you must show proof that you returned the goods. Please note that brokerage handling fees will not be refunded. The B2G form can be obtained from the CBSA website or a Canadian Customs office in your area.

What is your Extended Replacement/Service Guarantee program?
Our Replacement/Service Guarantee program is an inexpensive and smart way to protect your purchases for up to three years.
For items purchased for up to $500, the program guarantees automatic, no-hassle Product Replacement for two or three years from the date of purchase. If your purchase proves defective, simply return it and we'll exchange it for a new one right away!
For items costing more than $500, we offer a Service Guarantee that extends the warranty for two or three years after purchase. If your purchase proves defective, we'll pay for parts and labor to fix it. The program features more than 25,000 repair centers nationwide, plus a toll-free help line 24 x 7 x 365! Plus our "no lemon" protection means if your purchase cannot be repaired, we'll replace it!
To purchase a Service Guarantee, simply check the box on product pages under "Replacement/Service Guarantee." Guarantees are available for two, three and sometimes five years. The price for the Guarantee is to the right of each guarantee. Just check the one you want then click on the "Add to Shopping Bag" button and complete your checkout.
