1. This policy is purely voluntary. It applies to all Gift Cards, Reward Cards, Gift Certificates and Merchandise Certificates issued prior to the Company's petition for protection under chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code (February 19, 2008).



2. If you choose to redeem your card/certificate, you must purchase merchandise equal to twice the current value of the card/certificate in order to redeem it.



3. If you choose to redeem your card/certificate, you may not redeem a partial amount. Cards/certificates must be redeemed in full.



4. How does it work? If you have a $25 card/certificate, you must purchase at least $50 to be able to use it. If you have partially used your card/certificate before March 7, 2008, you must spend twice the remaining balance.



5. A Customer who does not wish to redeem his or her card/certificate as part of this program may have a priority claim in Sharper Image's bankruptcy case. In a bankruptcy case, priority unsecured claims get paid prior to general unsecured claims, although there is no assurance of payment. 6. Sharper Image is working diligently to be able to honor the cards/certificates without condition in the future. A Customer who does not use his or her card/certificate as part of this program may be able to use it without condition in the future, although Sharper Image cannot guaranty this result. This policy is subject to further order of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.



7. Cards/certificates may not be accepted at stores that are closing, unless notified at the particular store to the contrary. For those Customers who do not live near a store remaining open, the cards/certificates can be redeemed under this policy by calling 1.800.344.4444.

Signature Gift Box (top)

We offer our attractive Signature Gift Box for most products for only $2.95. Your gift will arrive in our glossy black box, secured by a distinctive red band with The Sharper Image logo. (Note that products and gift receipts have no prices on them.)

Products that can be gift boxed will have our Gift Box listed as an option under "Accessories" on the product page. Additionally, our Gift Box is offered as an accessory when any eligible product is added to your Shopping Basket.

Note that products that are too large (or are shipped directly from a supplier) do not have a Gift Box option.

Greeting Cards (top)

After completing checkout on our main U.S. Website (www.sharperimage.com), you'll see an "Order Acknowledgment" page. Below the name for each item purchased will be a link that reads "Send Greeting Card". Click that link to launch our email Greeting Card page. Pick a card style, write your personal message, choose whether or not you wish to show a picture of your gift, and then submit. Three quick and easy steps and that's it. Your card is sent by us via email to the gift recipient (you'll need to provide their email address to us). This attractive gift card announcement is great anytime — but especially when you're cutting it close and want to make sure the recipient knows you're thinking of them and that a gift is on the way!

Important Dates (top)

Never forget an anniversary, birthday. graduation, or other important date again. Just enter a description, choose the date and we'll remember for you. Every year we'll send you an email reminder two weeks in advance. You'll have plenty of time to send the perfect gift and never be late again.

Add your important dates today! Simply sign into your Sharper Image account (if you do not have an account with us click here to register now,) under "Account Information" select "Address Book and Important Dates". Click on "Edit Important Dates" to add or update dates for anyone in your address book. Enter a description, choose the date, and you're all set. You'll see the important date every time you're in your address book and every year you will be sent an e-mail reminder two weeks in advance.

To add someone new, click on the "Add Address" button on the bottom of the page, add the new person to your address book and then click "Edit Important Dates".
