This smart little stereo system features dual wireless satellite speakers that "intelligently" know whether to play the left or right channel — which means no matter where you place them within 150 feet of the base, you'll enjoy a big soundstage and excellent stereo separation.

Simply dock your iPod® in the charging station, then lift and carry the two 5-inch-cube speakers to wherever you want. Unlike typical wireless systems, the Evolve™ system's 44.1KHz transmitter sends digital audio packets at a 16-bit sample rate — which means the full-range 4-inch drivers deliver excellent CD-quality sound.

Each speaker has a built-in lithium-ion battery for up to 10-hours' play on a full charge; each has an on/off switch and auto sleep mode to conserve power. The base charges any dockable iPod as it plays; play any other audio sources as well via an audio-in jack. Additionally, audio-out and S-video jacks allow you to connect the base to your home entertainment system. Base measures 15.7" x 7.5" x 4.7" and plugs into a standard outlet; the rechargeable wireless speakers are 5.1" cubes.
