Not able to get in and out!
As a disabled woman, I am unable to get in or out of the chair. I am returning it. The comfort was good, but no locks.

set-up stress makes chair critical
bought for Fathers Day. Instructions in the box were worthless---finally googled the chair to find instructions and a set-up video. After about 3 hours, we got the chair assembled. Now, its great. Unless SI redoes the instructions, however, I dont recommend this product.

Rock me Gently
I purchased this product at first because I loved the new style, but I recently had back surgery and found it uncomfortable to sit in a standard straight back lounge. This lounge had the perfect contour and was easy in out access! I love it!
