It does exactly what I want it to do.
Even though I love the product, I was supposed to receive free delivery through a promotion that was included with the advertisement for the product in the New York TImes. I was charged for it anyway and even though there have been repeated email exchanges and promises that It would be credited back to my account, after over two weeks I still have not received my credit. So this would make me think twice about doing business with The Sharper Image again.

Foot Warmer Review
I was expecting more and was disappointed. The foot massager is supposed to be heated, Im still waiting to feel the heat. Its an ok massager and the knobs are in an awkward position. Glad that I didnt pay full price for this.

Very comfy, works better when feet are not flat. I expected an actual massage, this just vibrates but I still like it and it feels good after a long day. Would be better if it was an actual massager, but for the price it is nice.

I bought this product because my office is very cold and it really bothers my feet and I cannot have a heater under my desk. I primarily use the heat and not the massage. I wish the heat was distributed around the feet instead of just in the middle of the unit. Other than that I think it is comfy and definetly serves a purpose.
