Problem is, it only comes with one plug that fits, so you can only use one plug and charge one phone or bluetooth at a time. Need to offer other plugs so you can really make use of all three charging stations. Travel Charging Valet Its great for work, i dont have to take so many different adapters. Wow What A Gift To Myself The best product money can buy. So simple to use and takes up such a small space on my desk area. Great Design No more forgetting my iPod or phone! Love It We travel quite a bit and there is quite often a shortage of outlets for electronic devices. I have been carrying a power strip which is okay. I gave it only 3 stars because, I assume like others, I tend to be brand loyal and therefore have use of more than 1 apple charging tip but no use for the LG etc. When ordering online Id like to be able to choose the tips it comes with, rather than having to add them later. Otherwise, Im very happy with it. Travel Charger is a must-have Bought this as present for husband for use at home & work. Its constantly in use between cell phones, iPods as well as kids mp3s & DSs. Most other charging pads I researched were much more expensive, 2x or 3x what Sharper Image Travel Charging Valet cost, but most had poor reviews online. This is a great charger, multiple tips to charge 3 items at a time, portable, and great value. Only drawback is you have to order additional tips if you have more than one gadget that has the same type of port. There is only one problem Ive found so far: there are a limited number of adapters. This poses a problem when my wife tries to charge two devices which required the same adapter. Additional adapters may be ordered separately and the valet documentation lists a website and part number; however, we were unable to connect to the site. Further searching revealed the adapters available on another Sharper Image site but one adapter with shipping is half the price of the valet. I recommend you view the adapters available and determine if you might want to order a second valet for additional parts. Nice but.... This was a Christmas gift for my husband. My main complaint is that while its advertised to charge Apple devices, and I even called to verify it would charge an iPad, it doesnt work for iPads. It charged so slowly that Im not sure hampster wheels werent involved. Its a great idea, easy to use, and while my husband thought it was a bit bulky, that added to its appeal for me -- I bought it for him because he habitually leaves small chargers in hotel rooms. Nevertheless, it will be returned because it doesnt work for one of the devices he needs it for. this is a useful product Should be able to order additional plugs with numbers on them instead of having to guess at the picture. LOWER YOUR EXPECTATIONS Purchased this for my husband as a Fathers Day gift. It is compact and pretty lightweight. However, this charging mat is VERY VERY slow. As I am writing this review my IPAD has been on the charger for 9 hours (no exaggeration) and I am at 31%. Similarly, my hubby said he put his MP3 player on before going to bed on Fathers Day and it still was not fully charged when he awoke on Monday morning, some 8 hours later. It is larger than the previous one I had but easy to take through airport security and plugs in easily. Only criticism is that they are out of extra microUSB and Apple tips and they are $10 apiece. Mat works, case is crazy The case is a mystery. The pocket that holds the charger mat is tight and it is very, very, difficult to get the charger in and out. It has a sewn down flap that causes the problem. In other words, the pocket flap is sewn almost closed by design. There is a second pocket for the tips. This tip pocket DOES NOT HAVE a flap of any sort to keep the tips in the case! They fall out routinelly. The car charger and the plug for the mat both have to fit into the same pocket! This case is a thoughtless design. And the mat is a crazy idea as well. As a traveler, I dont need to carry all that bulk around. It could be 3/4 smaller and be more useful. Only advantage is to carry 1 charger rather than 3 but it is bulkier than all three chargers. Good idea The Travel Charging Valet is a a great product, makes it soo much easier to charge all of your gadgets, unfortunetaly it is not compatible with the new Iphone 5 and Ipad and they do not carry the tips either. Very useful product for travelers I bought this for my husband as a gift. He travels constantly in his work and always had to carry multiple chargers for all of his electronic devices. Inevitably he would lose a cord or two while on the road. Now he simply carries this device for his cellphone and other techie gadgets and he loves it!! My Travel Charging Valet I travel frequently between Phoenix and Boston. Gathering all the necessary chargers for travel is a pain. But, the reason the Travel Valet initially caught my eye was because I recently stayed at a hotel where there was only one available plug. Now I wont have to choose which of my electronic devices is the most important to charge. Even at home, where the availability of plugs for charging is not a problem, I find the Travel Valet is just more convenient for charging my electronic devices. I have retired the various chargers and now use the Travel Valet at home as well as on the road. The only issue I had was that none of the bluetooth connectors fit my Bose Bluetooth earpiece. Great gift! I bought 3 of these as gifts and each person receiving it was very pleased. Great gift until phone is updated I bought this as a gift this past Christmas and it works great--that was until we purchased the iPhone 5. The adaptors that come with this do not match up to fit my boyfriends newest iPhone, however it does benefit me because now I can use it when needed. But doesnt work for me because I have all Apple products-IPhone, Ipad, Ipod-and it only has one Apple attachment I was amazed at how well it worked ! Everything you need in a compact easy to use and carry package.The only thing missing is the info on how to buy the adapter for my Sony MP3 player. Great Purchase Exactly what I wanted I ordered this because I needed to have another charger for my cell phone. I had one in my bedroom but wanted to move around and not be tied to it. He and a couple of the guys he works with all have different phones so according to him, this is perfect at the office because they can all use it simultaneously to keep their cell phones charged. Disappointed It was a gift to my spouse who has an iPhone, iPad & iPod. The problem is there is only 1 tip for Apple products, so she cant charge all 3 at once.
