perfect for musicians
I am a musician. Play the flute. After hours of practice my hands, fingers and forearms get really tired. This is an incredibly easy and intelligent way to build up strength and muscle durability.

Works well
This device is really helping with my chronically sore middle finger on my left hand. I go indoor climbing once a week, and that makes my finger sore. Basically I have massive grip strength from the climbing, but the antagonist muscles are weak, and that imbalance seems be causing a recurring injury. This device (its actually called the Xtensor, by the way) is definitely helping. It trains the antagonists to the gripping muscles.
