The Bullet Space Pen

Originally developed in 1948 for use on future space missions, this is the pen that uses a pressurized ink cartridge that allows it to write in freezing cold and extreme heat, even in the vacuum of space. The pen not only performs in the rigors of space, but also writes at any angle, upside, down and even underwater. Cited as an outstanding example of industrial art, it has been exhibited in the New York Museum of Modern Art. Originally developed for use on all Apollo space missions, they are still used on all manned space flights, American and Russian. The pen is all brass with a black titanium nitride finish, black ink, medium point, and comes in an attractive gift box.
