No more falling shower mirrors!
No more suction cups or falling mirrors. Like this a lot more than the ones that hang from the shower head. It becomes part of the shower head.
Two sided shower mirror
Ive owned two fog free shower mirrors in the past 15 years. This product is not durable. While screwing on the adapter, the adapter split/broke.
Excellent mirror, not so hot razor hook
I like this mirror because of the extendable solid arm. More substantial materials would have been good (steel). The hanger that comes with the mirror is worthless. The older SI mirrors were stainless and had great and multiple hangers.
Excellent Magnification
The original one was easier to install. It took 4 times of wrapping the threats with enough tape to prevent leaking. Also instructions need to tell you that thread tape must also be installed up to the angling arm or it will leak from this area.
I have found that unlike the original mirror this one needs to be tightened every time so the mirror does not slide down the arm. It still remains the best shower shaving mirror on the market.Hopefully it will last as long as the last one.
Works again
I bought this Mirror to replace the previous one I had from Sharper Image. The one I had before was several years old, had the gold around the mirror. It did NOT stay fog free and it constantly leaked at the connection of the shower arm. I had purchased the original when it was plastic (like 15 years ago) and it worked perfectly. This one has been redesigned and works again! I really like all of the adjustments and it doesnt leak at the shower arm or shower head. The extension arm is nice and this one is reversible (seemed like the previous one was on the wrong side and that aggravated me). The only downside is the arm adjustment for the angle of the arm is not solid, I had to get pliers to tighten it to stay in place. Overall, MUCH improved over the last one I had, if you have been frustrated by designs of this mirror in the past, they have fixed it! I hope this one lasts as long as the last 2 I have had!
Quality
The shower mirror really delivered. It does not fog and is a clever concept. Worth the money for anyone who likes to shave in the shower. It is made of quality products and looks like it could last a long time.
Works as advertised
Good product. Price might scare away buyers, but I think it will be on the only time I ever have to buy this item.
Great Mirror / Terrific Customer Service
Accidently broke a part when installing my mirror. Emailed customer Service, and they shipped out a new part, no questions asked. Installed the mirror, and its the best shower mirror Ive ever owned.
Pricey but worth it
I have shopped long and hard to find a shower mirror without suction cups. We have a granite shower and suction cups do not work on it. This was the only one that I have been able to find. A little pricey but it is a beautiful mirror. My husband loves it.
Sharper Images Shower Mirror Rocks!
The beauty of Sharper Images Fog Free Shower Mirror is that you have to different sides with different magnifications at a priced dramatically less then anyway by any vendor. This mirror is of solid construction, swivels easily, easy to install and just looks gorgeous.

I gave this to my husband as a gift. It is neat, the mirror (image)is top quality and it looks very attractive and functions perfectly. It is easy to install and easy to position it. It is also fine for a smaller shower space. Highly recommend.

Telescoping Shower Mirror
The shower merrior is perfect, its telescoping, totally fog free. HAd the last version from Sharper Image, this is absolutly fantastic.
Versatile Mirror
This is one of the best shower mirrors I have owned. The biggest plus is the adjustable arm. It lets the mirror move around me instead of me moving around the mirror. Definitely makes a huge difference in the morning.

Grreat shower mirror
I owned a previous model of the Sharper Image shower mirror, with which was very pleased. With years of use, it needed to be replaced. I purchased this mirror and am very pleased with the design and size. I looks good in my shower and stays clear during a shower. Great product.

This shower mirror works!
I believe more people are using battery operated razors but design of shower mirror razor holder has not changed to accomodate the larger razors.

Not as pictured, no clock, just a simple clip for razor.
Hot water drips out bottom.
Difficult to install especially without instructions.
Not of a quality I would think of from Sharper Image.
Fogless shower mirror
I purchased this mirror for my husband for a future birthday gift. Im sure hell like it very much.
Problems
I had two of the old ones. They were great. One finally broke after many years through no fault of the mirror. When I went to replace it, it was out of stock. I bought one of these.
The water goes straight through, without going down to the mirror. I figured I was missing something and had a few other people look at it. We couldnt figure it out. The mirror fogged and was worthless. The positive: they took it back. I bought the one-sided plastic version of the old one. It works but not as well.
Precision Shaving Shower Mirror
I recommend this useful and clever product. However, contrary to the picture, this product cannot be angled away from the shower head during installation.
Product works but is not worth the price
Though the mirror is easy to install it will not stay tight on the shower head thread. The water that goes through the mirror to keep it fog free only drains out one side of the mirror but if you use the 3X side then the water drains from the top and goes over the mirror surface. This mirror does work for preventing fog but it needs a shut-off valve so water doesnt go through it if you dont need the mirror. My wife doesnt use the mirror but doesnt like the water dripping down. Our last mirror had a shut-off valve.
It works
This one replaces the old model we purchased about 6 years ago. With time, the metal thread deteriorates. Although it costs a lot more than the other models, but it works.
The only thing I would like to see is if it comes in different finishes to coordiate with existing bathroom fixtures.
Would Purchase it again
I purchased one similar to this one about 7 years ago, it held of pretty good, but needed to be replaced, the one you offered wasnt quite like the original, but it works just as good. I perfer to shave it the shower. I would recommend product to anyone who likes to Shave in Shower.
Fog Free shower mirror needs no help
There is really no way to avoid splash-back but it wasnt a problem. The attachment to hold your razor/toothbrush works fine for the razor but not the toothbrush..I have not tried squeezing together one side so that it could work for that.
Followup to Previous Review
The unit as delivered had a number of leaks that would not stop regardless of how tight the connections were made. The telescoping arm also would not stay where I put it. I replaced the three seals in the body with off the shelf O-rings which eliminated the leaks. I replaced the seal inside the nut that is supposed to prevent leaks and apply friction to the telescopic mirror arm to hold it in place. The factory seal did neither. Again, I went to the hardware store and purchased a soft tapered seal 3/8" ID x 1/2" major OD x 3/8"L. This seal stopped the leaks and holds the telescoping mirror arm in place. Ive finished the upgrades and it only took one shower for me to again realize how much I enjoy using my Sharper Image Fog Free Shower Mirror (used the previous model for over 7 years). This is a beautiful design with great optics that needs to have the factory seals replaced with better quality seals. Over priced for the quality
I had a previous model and love the ability to shave in the shower. The mirror does not fog at all. The biggest fault is the plastic fittings and therefore getting it to hold in place. I could find nothing comparable and therefore paid the high price despite the previous reviews. I would recommend only if the purchaser understood they were paying more than the quality would indicate if they wanted the result.

Previous Owner of a ShowerTek Mirror
Sharper Image used to sell a similar chromed brass adjustable mirror, that apparently is no longer made. It was great, lasted 9 years until internal rubber water hoses failed. This mirror is not the same quality, but after shopping around, its probably the best one your going to find. After water circulates around the mirror face to keep it from fogging, it does exit the bottom of the mirror with a regular drip/stream, which may bother some users. For the regular shower shavers...you probably need to buy this one. Thank you.
Too early to tell...
I like the idea of two different magnifications, but the 3x side is too much unless you are standing very near to the mirror.
I recommend this product.
Pricey but I have found you get what you pay for with anti-fog shower mirrors. I am completely satisfied with this purchase.
Its all I hoped for.
I gave the telescoping mirror to my husband for his birthday. Hes always wanted to shave in the shower, and I finally got around to making that happen. Hes an engineer and the way its design enables the mirror to stay de-fogged was interesting to him. And I think the attachment enabling the razor to be handy is a neat addition.

Great product for the money !
I bought this product for my 2 sons (17 & 15) and my brother for Christmas. The thing that is great about it is that you can adjust the height of the mirror, my 17 year old is very tall & my younger son is much shorter. Its the perfect gift. Just make sure you take the time to install it properly with Teflon tape.

Dont Buy arrived broken. Had one years agofrom sharper image made of stainless steel. This one plastic. Again piece of junk.

Good Idea with poor designing
The mirror is too heavy, therefore it really only has one angle (down). Because it uses water to keep the mirror from fogging (which is great) the arm tends to drip and changing the angles (if it could stay) is cumbersome since you have to unscrew the arm where the water is flowing.
Nice product but leaks
Gifted this to my hubby - he was very excited to receive it and almost immediately tried to install it. To our disappointment though - there appeared to be a leak which wouldnt allow it to function correctly. Could be because we have a massage shower head - we are going to try some tape as suggested but for the moneys worth I would have liked it to work well for us.
Not Sharper Image Quality You Expect
This product is very poor quality. Sharper Image usally puts out better. This is far from being the superior mirror that Sharper Image used to have. The attachment that goes onto your shower pipe is made of plastic, not chrome metal, so easy to break and looks cheap. The mirror doesnt give you a clear look. It seems somewhat raised in the middle so your reflexion is slightly distorted. The mirror doesnt stay in place. Everyday you have to adjust it because of the plastic pieces. It sprays out a lot more water out the bottom of mirror than their original one did to keep it fogless.
If you had the origanal Sharper Image fogless mirror you are going to be disappointed in this one. But, it is the only one on the market and available so I am keeping it until a better one comes along. It is over priced for what you are getting. Plastic vs chrome metal parts is a huge disappointment in workmanship.
