i have used it once on 4 inches of snow.

I USED THIS ON 4 INCHES OF SNOW IN DENVER. IT DID A WONDERFUL JOB. FAST,NO BACK ACHE I AM GLAD I BOUGHT YOUR PRODUCT.

Generally rugged, with a few flimsy part

Very sturdy and large wheels, but instructions very vague on how to attach the L bracket that is crucial to being able to set for straight ahead, or left or right. Self tamping screw would not go in, and part constantly falls out of place. I needed to duct tape it in the straight ahead position, thus losing the ability to angle left or right that would have been very handy.
