Everyone in the household has tried it with varying results but all positive. Best thing is there are no batteries involved, lightweight, easy to pack, seems sturdy.
I would buy this product again
This mask is comfortable and blocks light. I do find the blue "lights" work when used with deep breathing to calm my thoughts and help me drift off.
A Good Nights Sleep
The product does what it is advertized to do.
Bulky but good
The slot for the nose is a little too narrow. When pulling it down to see the glowing bars as instructed, the sharp edge rests hard on nose and restricts breathing a little. I have to keep it pushed up a little which means I see the bottom lights only. Instructions say to watch the top ones. Thinking of trimming the edges to let it rest lower on face, but afraid that will make the edge more uncomfortable. Whole thing a little thick, but I still like it and use it.
Best Christmas gift ever!!!
Santa hit the mark when he left this gift for my daughter! She absolutely LOVES the sleep mask. She said it gave her the best night of sleep the first night she wore it. NO light gets in and the dimming lights you watch inside the mask are "so cool". It gets two (or more) thumbs up. Five stars-more if they were available. A resounding yes she would recommend this product!
It can work......
If you make up your mind that this will work ~ it will work. Also good to watch your breath while youre watching those little lines. Really blocks out the light ~ for that alone it is worthwhile. Smells funny at first.

Sleep Therapy Mask - Blue Lights
Everything but the temperature of the mask after several hours is the only problem.
great comfort but not effective
feels very comfortable around the eye section and strap is adjustable to tightness comfort around head. totally blocks out all the light for day time sleeper like myself. but the glow strips does not really work as i thought it would. all it does is tire out your eyes by trying to stare at it. so i guess that might be the effect. still take me a while before i fall asleep. right now i do not even activate the glow strips before i use it. i only use it for the comfort. so i think its a little price just for the comfort.
Sleep mask
I bought the mask to help me get to a peaceful sleep. I found the mask to be very light and easy pack when I travel. The design and material make it comfortable. I think if you are planning to add bells and whistles to this product, that may add too much weight and cause a great loss of comfort.
This mask ROCKS
I purchased this mask as I work a few night shifts and have difficulty sleeping during the day. Ive tried other masks, though most were inefficient and left a "mark" on my face after sleeping. Most others also failed to block out light. This one is soft and comfortable, and completely blocks out the light. Love it!!
TOO EXPENSIVE
KEEPS THE LIGHT OUT BUT DOES NOT HELP YOU SLEEP ANY BETTER.
Sleep Mask
I use this mask every night to help me get to sleep and keep me there. Since using it I have done just that. It is so easy ..no batteries..just put it close to a light for 30 seconds and it lasts all night. I get sleepy within minutes of putting it on and sleep through the night which is a very unusual experience for me. Love it and if it would ever wear out I would want another. Highly recommend for anyone that has trouble getting to sleep.

I like it, but a little hard to focus on the glow when you want to close your eyes to sleep. The image does stay in your mind & helps block out other thoughts.
A good nights sleep!
This mask makes the room really dark so it is easy to fall asleep. It fits well. So easy to use; just hold the mask over a light for 30 seconds and it stays lit for about 10 hours. I would definitely recommend it for travel, home, hotel, or any time you may want a nap during the day@

Get Back to Sleep Quickly
I gave this to my best friend who always wears masks at night but still awoke & couldnt get back to sleep. The Sleep Therapy Mask helps her fall asleep, & if she does wake up, this Mask helps her quickly get back to sleep so she doesnt get up to go read or get on the computer during the middle of the night. I am a sleep mask and white noise user. These two work very effectively for me to create a relaxing, undisturbed sleeping environment. The one remaining area I have a problem with is relaxing enough to fall asleep quickly. My mind is often racing with things I need to get done the next day (or didnt get done today). This mask uses glowing strips (charged by holding the mask to a table lamp light) that you watch dim as you work to relax your body. It is amazing how watching the pretty blue glowing strips dim distracts my racing mind and really, really helps me fall asleep faster.
The mask is comfortable to wear, easily blocks out light and even allows me to open my eyes during use. I have long eyelashes and they do not rub against the mask like my other eye masks or squish your eyes like the cheap airline masks. The quality of construction is high.
It works as advertised.
It is a Christmas present.
