Its a bit bulky and needs to come with some sort of cover (do they make ones for something wedge-shaped?). It seems to be helping with my sleep but it is ugly to look at (looks like a big sponge)!

Great Incline Pillow
This pillow helped with my acid reflux. I dont use a pillow on top of this pillow, so if I roll on my side, it is a little difficult for head support, otherwise a great pillow.

Im sleeping better
This wedge pillow is compact and works well but I do worry about long term usage as it is not very firm. I am using it to help with snoring. It seems I do not snore when my head is elevated to about 12 degrees which is the slant on this pillow. I am sure it would also work for those with reflux. It works well and is cost effective as those wedges from medical supply houses are very large and about triple the cost. I am very satisfied.

Best night sleep ever!
My wife suffers from acid reflux. Before purchasing this fabulous wedge, she was trying to use pillows to attain the height she needed to sleep comfortably. Often, she would end up in a chair, trying to sleep. This wedge has almost eliminated this problem.

Great digestive aid!
My doctor recommended using this wedge when sleeping to help with acid reflux. I love the way this wedge folds to form a compact square so it can be stored easily when not in use. Also, very comfortable.

Satisfaction led to wifes 10 hr sleep
This was a Xmas gift for my wife. Last night she fell asleep shortly after we celebrated the Ball drop in Times Square. I must admit though that the pillow was used in combination with the personal bedside Dehumidifer that I also bought for her from Sharper Image. She slept for 10 hours. They work beautifully together. Since Christmas night we both have slept peacefully.

Finally getting some good sleep
Wife had trouble sleeping, changing pillows every night because she couldnt get comfortable. This pillow wedge helps her sleep much better by raising her up. It could be a little longer at the bottom, but she loves it. Now we both get some sleep.
