It does not work well Message was garbled and the person on the other end could not understand a word I said.
Great Audio Clarity!
I can answer my cell phone faster and take business calls easier now. I keep the handset plugged in at all times while at work. It also allows me to work with my smart phone while on the call at the same time.

This handset is wonderful. I am able to use my computer with ease while talking on the phone, and without the worry my smartphone will slip off my shoulder and fall. The sound quality is terrific. I love how comfortable it is against my ear and face. Its also great for those extended phone calls with out-of-town friends and family. No more pins and needles in my hand/arm from holding the phone to my ear.

I love it--it frees my hands to do other things
while I talk-I cradle it on my shoulder I love the texture of it --it is not real slick and is easy to grip- I like that it only has one function- and thus just one button! You do nothing with it but push the button when you get a call and push the button when you are ready to hang up! It makes your cell phone more visible--it doesnt disappear under a pile if papers on your desk or get lost in the cushions on the couch. You can look across the room and see exactly where it is. Without it I sometimes accidently hit the wrong key on my phone when I go to answer it because my finger or my fingernail will slide off the small slick keys on my phone.The cord is just the right length. I guess you just cant improve on the original sometimes! Now I want a larger Querty Board to attach to my cell phone!!

This handset is great when I just want to sit back and have a nice long conversation without holding my mobile phone or using a blue tooth wireless device. Very comfortable handset.
Great but ....
Great handset, but the cord is way too short. It seems to be designed as a two handed device where you hold the iPhone in one hand and the handset in the other as you talk. Cord should be at least three times longer than it is, especially for desk use.
not all its cracked up to be
It works great on my computer. But, on my phone, the cord continues to pull at my phone and drag it towards me. The biggest problem is that it picks up too much ambient noise, my breathing, and the aspirated sounds when Im talking.
Radiation Free!
Perfect to use at home and reduce exposure to radiation. Sound quality is perfect. If you chose to use it while walking around in a mall people will think you are loony!!
If you like your wife and want to keep her around a bit longer this is a thoughtful gift.

I bought this as a present for my Dad. Had to test it first though. My son called my husband from the other room and my son had his phone in his pocket and was using the retro handset...then he walked into the living room and we couldnt stop laughing. You can hear perfect and so comfortable. I hate the smart phones because when I talk on them my fat cheeks push buttons. It took everything I had to put it back in the box for my Dad. Now I want to buy one for the whole family. LOVE IT!!!!

Really excellent product and Sharper Image had it at a superb price and I received it in a timely manner.
The sound is so crisp and clear, light weight and easy on the hand, to hold.
Everyone who sees and tries it, say they are going to order one. Now that in itself tells you how great this little product is. So if you cant hear that clearly without switching to "speaker," then this product is definitely for you.
Depending on your cell phone, center button might turn on your music when you hang up.
Works great, but not for travel
Wanted to use for home, but too bulky. Travel by car is the only use we can think of. Would not want to try and carry this in a purse or shoulder bag.
Retro phone still a good idea.
Without a means to attach phone all you can do is lay it on the seat. Needs a means to "hang up."
Telephone Handset Leaves Them Grinning
I saw the handset in an ad and thought it would be just the thing for my twenty something daughters. As soon as they opened this gift they tried it and it worked wonderfully accross the Christmas tree decked living room. I guess the jury is still out on their likes or disdain for the product but I felt it was a marvelous addition to their cell phones and they would make full use of the product at home and at work. The hand set is so much easier to hold and manage compared with the tiny and easilly dropped smart phone.
