Hits the spot The vibration is high but the amount of pressure is weaker than I expected. Have used cheaper brands that were stronger. seconds on this one! normal use,nothing special. this is my second massager,and i love it i do get muscle pain often and its a Godly send product I like it! And both of us said the same thing. That the heat and the 4 heads were great. BUT the power of the actually feeling of the massager was weak. We are looking for another one today and most likely will take this one back to the store in the next few days. They REALLY need to make it more powerfull in the motors. That would make this perfect! It worked for about two months and died. The one before that I received with parts rattling around inside the machine. The one before that only lasted a year. A good product if it would last more than a few months! Love Back Rubs Great massager, but watch out on bones. It has different speed levels also heated, the extension handle helps. The massager is a bit heavy and awkward, otherwise its great. Good...but bigger is not always better... The massager works well as far as pressure. It works the knots out of your back but the problem is...it is so big and bulky and heavy enough that you really have to get someone to help you so that you can relax enough for it to work your back muscles out...which kind of defeats the purpose of having a personal back massager. If you have someone to use it on your back for you then it is worth it because it does massage deep. NICE BUT HEAVY. WORKS VERY WELL, BUT THE MACHINE IS A LITTLE AKWARD. I like the quad head and the heat element was good. But, unfortunately, the handle lock was broken when I received it. Also, the highest level was not very powerful.
