Not as good as I had hoped.

Unfortunately, after using this steamer about 6 times, either I dont get the hang of it or it just really doesnt get the wrinkles out. Each time I ended up getting my iron out. I really like the looks of it and it seems simple enough, it doesnt get not only difficult wrinkles out, I couldnt get it to look like I had used anything on it. Too pricey not to work even a little. In the time I spent trying to use it (even a simple pillowcase), I could have had the iron out, warmed up and done.

Bottom Line:

not recommended
