The Neck/Belt Massager with Heat can be used as a single shiatsu massager to knead your neck and back at the same time. Bend it, pull it or push the massage roller wherever your body needs attention most, from the neck to your shoulders, or from your back to your thighs. When separated the two sections can be used independently.

The innovative design of the Neck/Belt Massager with Heat also lets you join its two sections to provide your choice of heat, vibration and Shiatsu massage to your neck, lower back, upper back, shoulders and legs. The two massaging components secure together with Velcro. Connect the AC/DC jack of the Shiatsu Massage unit to the power cable and plug into and AC outlet.

It is a bit complicated.
Two pieces can be separated but it is not really simple. I wish the belt has shiatsu massager. It only vibrates. I also wish the neck massager is more flexible so I can move it to between shoulder blades. Cost performance is pretty good. What I like is they both have heat option and automatically stop after 15 minutes.

You can direct the position of the roller balls and gets to the area where you need massaging. Easy to pack in a suitcase.

a better neck massage than back
It does a nice job. For the neck massage i liked it a lot because you can control how hard you want to kneading (i personally like a deep massage and this product was great for that). The lower back massage is just a strong vibration...i was hoping for kneading here as well. The vibration is strong and relaxing, but as i mentioned, i like a deep massage. All and all, it is a good product and i would recommend it. Would be nice if there was a similar design as this that worked on shoulders!!
