The Motion Activated Lights are battery-operated and are easy to install up to 18-ft. apart in minutes with no wires or switches. They gently glow with a low light unlikely to wake up others who may be sleeping in the area, and they automatically shut off after 1 minute and reset to for the next motion activated turn on.

The energy efficient LEDs are engineered to make the most of battery life—batteries can last up to 16 months, depending on use. Plus, multiple sets will work together to extend the lighted area as far as you need it to be. They are made out of durable plastic and each measures 4" Diam. Each weighs only 3 oz.

brighter than anticipated
I bought the lights for my bedroom staircase they work really well, but are very bright so its like turning on a backlight and when your coming back up this stairs the light hits you in the eyes. The lights work well if its for a hallway.

Lights up the night!
Simple and effective. Stick them up on the wall, they light up in sequence as you walk up or down the stairs. Provides just enough illumination to light up your path, then turn off after you pass.

Motion activated lights
Once installed,the lights were as pictured. I recently had carpet removed from stairs and hallway and replaced with hardwood floors. Invalid parent is living with me, and the lights running down the hallway (I purchased 2 sets), in front of the bathroom and along the stairs lighted her path without having to use ceiling lights. They offer security for my parent. PLUS they added a warm glow to my wood floors.

We have these on the stairway. The ones on the top and bottom work as theyre supposed to. The middle one never turned off. Stayed on all the time. Therefore, the batteries died. Totally useless.

Good concept-needs a few tweeks
We do like these lights - We did have some problems getting these into spots that wouldnt come on all the time during the night. They seemed to just come on when ever they wanted. After several moves, I think we have found those spots now. They are nice when getting up in the middle of the night. We tried not using them, and didnt like not having them once we were used to them. One more thing to think about is that if you have a wireless doorbell, these lights may make it go off. We had to get a new doorbell that was on a different frequency. Overall-we do like them. We put 2 in the hall and the other right as you walk in the bathroom, this seems to work for us. You cant have them facing your bed from the hall, because everytime you roll over, they will come on!
