I use this product every other day to keep my diamond wedding set looking like it just came out of the jewelers. I works beautifully ! It looks brand new. My rings glitter almost to the point of being unbelieveable. I just love, love, love this product. Ladies, get out there and buy this. It really works. You wont be sorry.

This is a great little machine for cleaning precious gold and diamond jewelry. Strong bursts of steam really cleans hard to reach areas and leaves jewelry glistening without having to go to a jeweler. Its everything we expected.
A True Jewelry Cleaning machine
I gave this cleaner to my Husband as a gift, he cleans his rings everyday. BUT now with this cleaning system they are truly clean. Every nook and cranny is cleaned . Our diamonds look like they just came from the jeweler after having them professionally cleaned. Ive been frustrated with my old jewelry cleaner, because it never did a thorough job cleaning. There was always dirt I couldnt remove that was packed in the small crevices and my diamonds never seemed as brilliant as when new. My new Sharper Image jewelry steam cleaner does such a great job, it even cleans dirt out of the nooks and crannies in my filigree estate jewelry I inherited from my grandmother. All of my jewelry constantly looks gorgeous every day now. I even invited all of my girlfriends over and we had a party cleaning our jewelry, what fun!

Ive only had it for a week but I love it! I cleaned all my jewelry. Its very lightweight. It does spray everywhere so you have to use it over a sink but its easy to use and effective.
Jewelry Steam Cleaner
I bought this steam cleaner for my boyfriend for Christmas and he loves it. It took him forever to you it but when he did he was very impressed. For a little machine it gets really hot and it does a great job on his gold & platinum/silver jewelry.

Great concept; Disappointing results
I was so excited about the concept of a steam cleaner for my jewelry! I would have paid even more for this product if only it had worked. Sadly I am returning it today because it didnt remove the dirt from my jewelry in the least.
The rings have bling again....
Super easy to use and the jewelry sparkles like new again. Talked to a friend who is a jeweler and he suggested using a little Mr. Clean and a toothbrush before steaming and the results were amazing. Love this product.

ITS OK. IT CLEANS YOUR JEWELRY, BUT RUNS OUT OF STEAM REALLY FAST AND YOU HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER 40 MINS TO USE IT. IT ALSO SPRAYS WATER EVERYWHERE, SO YOU ABSOLUTELY HAVE A MESS WHEN YOU ARE DONE. I WOULDNT BUY THIS AGAIN UNLESS IT WAS LESS THAN $20.00
Amazing jewelry cleaner!
Id seen steam cleaners used by my jewelers over the years to clean my rings, necklaces, etc. but never knew they were available for home use. Wow, what a treat! I can now keep my jewelry looking showroom new from the convenience of my home. I easily set it up on my bathroom counter and within minutes my jewels were sparkling! I definitely will recommend this to my friends and plan on buying one for my sister for the holidays.
Cleans and shines jewelry beautifully!
This is the best home jewelry cleaner. Sterling silver jewelry comes out gleaming like when it was first purchased. Pieces with intricate carvings and designs which cannot be cleaned with a regular cleaning cloth...shines nicely.

"Great shine but not enough time"
The jewelry machine did a great job of cleaning my pieces and stones. The design is great although the machine is a little larger than I expected. For the size of the machine, it does not hold that much water and you are only able to clean a few pieces of jewelry before you have to turn it off and fill it again. If you have several pieces to clean, it can get frustrating.

Cant tell how much water is being used to clean my jewelry. Found that very frustrating. Otherwise it works well.

I purchased this cleaner for my wife and all her jewelry...at first I was very sceptical that a home cleaner at this price would clean as well as a jewelry store cleaner...well, we were pleasantly surprised! We normally take jewelry to the jewelry store to be cleaned, what a headache. With this machine we can clean our jewelry and never have to leave our precious family jewelry in the hands of a stranger and yes it cleans just as good!!! The only flaw with this cleaner is that there is not a window to view how much water is remaining...Very good product with plenty of steam power and easy to use! 5 of 5 in our household...Thank you sharper image for offering this product!
