This is a very awesome product.
I love to smoke meat on the outside and this is a perfect product to be able to smoke meat on the inside. Fixing beans with a smoky flavor is very easy.

Delightful product! Baby backs and whole chickens turn out JUICY, flavorfully SMOKED, and faster than fast! However, inside is rather small; the internal wire food rack and woodchip holder are flimsy. And for [$] im terribly disappointed that it has no advance timer!! WHY??!!

You need to have this
I use this year long. I like to grill in the summer but smoking fish and meats sometimes tastes way better. Its also a plus if you live in a winter season state. Its like your eating your favorite grill cooked foods all year long.
