Review Content Not worth buying Poor representation. Looks nothing like the catalog. Appears larger than the catalog and does not live up to its specifications as described There was no instuctions with it. I love the idea. And Im sure it works great. I bought it as a gift for two people. But both said that it didnt come with instructions on how long to microwave it. Ok Purchased to provide a cool pack. Doesnt retain cool even after leaving in freezer overnight. The filling is already leaking out, so I have to reinforce the seams. It is good for keeping my ice pack in place. Havent tried the heat retention.
