Sleek design
Its great. Originally purchased for the office, but I decided to keep it for my home. Sleek design makes it super attractive. Its louder than I thought it would be & I remember the first cup of tea being hotter than any subsequent cups.

Good use of my money,
I have never had so much fun with coffee. I love my new coffee maker and ice tea maker. never get a bad cup, I like that it makes hot and cold beverages. It took me a few times before I realized that it was a 2 step process, first the coffee than the milk, I am blonde.

I use this a few times a day!
I really like the different options this coffee make gives me. I love hot and cold coffee drinks and its awesome that I can get both out of one machine. I catch myself walking over and making a few coffee drinks a day. If you like coffee I REALLY suggest buying this machine, you wont be disappointed
