The product really does heat up fast. Ths isnt one of those poor quality hair straighteners that pulls your hair. This is a good product. Initially I was surprised by how narrow the iron part is. I was wishing it were wider so it could handle more hair at once so I could get through it more quickly. However, I dont even notice that anymore. It certainly gets the job done.

Really keeps my hair straight
