Not happy at all!
It was great until I turned it off for a few minutes. Went to turn it back on and the power button just flashes now. I got to use it once and that was it. Didnt even have it for 24 hours and it broke. I was expecting more from a product that I paid $200+ for.

Competely Satisfied
I take my shower when I get up in the morning and than spend 30 min onthe unit.During the day or after mowing the lawn I spend 15 to 30 min on it.At bed time while watchind late nite tv I spend 15 to 30 min on it.Before and after golf I spend 15 to 30 min on it.This thing is amazing.Ive had back problems for 2 or 3 years and am 74 years old and I feel better when I use this than when I spend 30.00 at the chiropractor.If and when this thing goes up in smoke I will definately buy another one.
Great for relieving stress and back pain
My son purchased this for me as a Christmas gift because I often have backaches due to stress. I really enjoy using it and now so does the rest of the family. The Shiatsu massage with heat really relaxes tight aching muscles and relieves stress.

Great Portable Massager!
This massager is great! Portable, yet it is able to get high up on the shoulders and low down on the lower back. I like the Shiatsu and Roller option and the ability to add heat is great! It is portable and can be set up and broken down in just a few seconds. If you are looking for a portable massager, I highly recommend this model.

I use it for my troubling back while I watching TV. And I bought another one for my friend as well. Would recomend it for people who is working phisically.It does relaxes and helps with aching muscles.
Great product
Great for a deep massage of the back. As with most massage devices it is difficult to massage the tops of the shoulders, but this product does a great job on everything else. Well made, easy to operate, and will do exactly as advertised. I would purchase again.
Great Massager! Needs a little padding
The massager is very thorough but can be harsh at times. Needs more padding between the rotating balls and the user.

Used often with pleasure
A great relaxing massage. I favor the shiatsu setting but am glad to have the roller option for a change of pace. Heat is heavenly. Am geographic bachelor - wife got hers first and I couldnt resist getting my own. Minor point - I am tall 76" and ideal max fit is for someone around 72". Oh, works fine with a 220 to 110 transformer.
Broke within the first 30 days
I loved it until it stopped and wont turn back on with the first 30 days! I was pushing the "width" button when it stopped. Now no lights turn on on the controller and the rollers are frozen in the middle.

OMG!
This is awesome!!!!! I didnt think it would be so powerful, but this thing really massages. Then, when I kick on the heat, I never want to get up. The remote is nice, clear and easy to use. Fits easily onto any chair or I even use it on the couch. Great product.

Worth the money
My trips to the massage parlor were getting too expensive. I knew I needed an at- home solution. I shopped all over for a massage chair and this was the best choice. I need a deep massage chair to release the tension in my back and this is it. With the added heat, it helps relax those difficult muscles so I can relax.
very satisfied
I bought this for my Husband - he loves it - he is not a big fan of heat but with this product it is the perfect amount of heat with massage. I personally am not a big fan of these types of products as they ususally are too intense for me and end up hurting me vs making me feel better but the controls on this let you choose what is comfortable for you.
Nice Massager
This is a nicer massager than others weve had. The SPOT MASSAGE feature is particularly nice. The heat works well and isnt overpowering. I hope it lasts!
Miracle in a box
My Fiance has chronic shoulder pain and limited mobility due to an old injury. He often couldnt sleep because of the pain. I bought him this massager and now he is able to sleep without pain and his range of motion has increased. This was a miracle find.

Good, but like the Swedish Massage Chair
I use the product almost daily. I enjoy a deep massage, and this is a lot cheaper than hiring someone to get the kinks out. That said, I had a Swedish Massage chair that finally broke, and it had eight rollers, rather than the four this one has, and it was much more thorough.
Great Massage - Great Price
This product gives a great back massage and is easy to use. The Shiatsu option really relaxes the tense muscles very well. It is not quite the same as having a personal masseuse, but it is much more convenient and less expensive.
2nd Times a Charm?
When we received the product it did not work. The company quickly provided a return shipping label. The only issue that I have with this process is that I could not get a replacement. I had to send the product back for a refund, and then I had to go to back to the website to start a new order (with new prices -- I could not get the product at the same price which I had originally purchased it.)

I got this as a gift and really wasnt too sure of it. My back goes in and out like dog that drinks alot of water. Soon after receiving this gift, my back went out again. I used it before bed and it felt a little uncomfortable at first. Then, as the massage went on, it began to ease my back pain. I now use this massager anytime my back goes out, or after along day of work!
