too early to judge but long of a wait

To be honest ive had the product for 2 weeks however havent been able to use it due to the company missing a micro usb cord in the shipping box then when they shipped me a usb cord it was the wrong one so im still waiting for my micro usb cord in order to finally use my product. I will say when calling sharper image customer service they have been very helpful.
