It is practical and convenient.
I use at my closet at home. I took with me when traveling and use to remove the odors in the closet at hotels. It is pack and light, very convenient.
Perfect size for closet, travel/camping!
I use this product in my closet and when I goto hotels. It puts the clean smell in the air so i can sleep better. Battery operated for travel/camping and cord for home. The cord could be a little longer, but works just fine. I love it! Compact, clean, easy controls, fairly silent operation. Sharper Image ROCKS!

I noted up there with both the pros and cons that you could tell that its there! It is a pretty large device, and I was wondering if it would be possible to make this product any smaller?

I hung it in my bathroom after trying a spray cleaner that Id come to realize left a strong chemical odor. In a matter of minutes the odor was completely gone. I am one satisfied customer.
Great Product
This product works as advertised. We have a very big closet and it handles the area exceptionaly well. Very quiet. Havent used it on battery power yet.

I have had a Closet Ionic Air Purifier for over 10 years and loved it. It finally gave out and I replaced it right away. It keeps my closet fresh smelling. I have a floor trap in my closet and in the winter the closet can get a musty smell. The Ionic purifier keeps that smell out and the closet fresh. I will always keep one in my closet.

I really like that the item can be used with either an ac adapter or with batteries. Since there is no outlet in my closet, I use the batteries option.
Closet Ionic Air Purifier
This air purifier is great. I use it in my bathroom, and my closet is off the bathroom. It is strong enough to cover both rooms. I am a smoker and hate for my bath and clothes closet to smell of smoke. With this purifier I dont need to worry about the smell, its gone!
Our closet smells fresher.
We placed this in a closet that has little or no ventilation where we also keep our dirty clothes hamper. It very quickly changed the odor from sort of locker room to normal. As noted above, we just received this at Christmas 2011 so do not yet know if batteries will last on the low setting for the 6 months the instructions indicate should be the interval between battery changes. Thats the only reason we didnt give it 5 stars. Theres no outlet in this closet so we must use battery power.

Ideal for a walk-in closet - I keep it on the low setting 24/7 and have neutral odors in my 6 x 7 closet.

I purchased this because my wife would complain about my smelly workout clothes that I would throw in the hamper. I was at a point where I had to do laundry almost every day to keep the complaints at a minimum. This thing really neutralizes the odor.
Perfect Closet Item
I am a smoker, but dont want my clothes to give me away, so in went the purifier to the closet. It works. I have a medium large closet and with this little gem inside and no smoky odor exists.

Works For Me
Bought three small ionizers from Sharper Image years Ago (10?) Been using them ever since. Thought this new one might be even better for a closet. Jury is still out on that. But I had another closet that needed one and this did the trick to freshen that closet. This sort of thing is needed in FL where so much of the time it is too humid to open up the house.

I have a large walk-in Master Closet with minimal air circulation. Without this product, the closet smells stuffy and stale. With this product, the air is clean and fresh.
I also have a very confined space under-the-stairs closet with zero air circulation. This product makes the closet smell "fresh" as opposed to stale.
