miracle worker
Shoveled snow 2nd time in life (62y.o) felt the pains next day..order Back2Life, been thinking about it for years. [...] ease of snap together had me feeling better that nite..use next day..even better..2 days all good. Loaned to niece (32y.o)she is so thankful will purchase one herself.

I tried it upon a co-workers suggestion because it worked great on him.
I have lower back pain that makes me miserable. I did the sessions and my back pain went away.
When it comes back from time to time I just do it again. When I get severe pains from standing all day - I do two sessions in a row and incredibly it goes away. (I am sore, but not in pain)
Back 2 Life - a Joke
If you have back problems you know how hard it is to get down on the floor - and then to "scootch" over until your buttocks are against the machine. This thing made my back much worse! It did not do what your description said it would do and it was very uncomfortable on my legs. I have sent it back to you.
Im sure its great; just not for me
The Back 2 Life was delivered to me quickly and was a snap to put together. Ive been using it for weeks now and just have not seen any concrete results. Perhaps my back pain is not the type that can be helped by this product.

I was very excited to get and use the Back2Life. However, upon buying it and setting it up, I soon found that unless I had someone there to press the button to start it up, I couldnt use it. Once my legs were up, my arms were not long enough to turn it on. My husband was unable to help me due to a stroke, so I had to return it. I so wish it had a remote control. My daughter helped me out with it several times during her Christmas break from teaching, and when I went to my Chiroprater, he said my back seemed to be moving better. I told him I had been using the machine. So, Back2Life,PLEASE come up with a solution.

What a relief!
I have had lower back pain on & off for about 3-4 years. When it started getting worse on top of extreme neck, should & arm pain I have had for 7 years (now disabled due to failed neck surgeries) I could hardly walk & I was getting so depressed. I have tried just about everything for my neck & did not know which direction to go for my back. With little faith & afraid I was wasting good money, I bought this anyway, used it 2x a day for a few days & I have been lower back pain free for about 2 1/2 weeks now! Thanks to whoever made this!
Helped me a lot until i had knee surgery
I have had low back problems most of my life. Especially as an over endowed woman, there was a lot of unusual strain. I also am an absent minded professor type and hence accident prone.
This machine helped me enormously. Before I had a reduction, and for months after, back pain had *become so bad i could only even SIT upright for 3 or 4 hours a day without terrible pain.
I used to come home at lunch and use the machine so I could get through the afternoon in the office. For a long time I worked half my day at home, but things changed so I needed to be on site more. I finally got approved for insurance to cover a reduction. I also had some muscle and tissue balancing that was a normal procedure, but experimental as a back relief aid.
I feel sure back2 life is a part of why it was so succesful.
But i got a big surprise when after a knee replacement I used it and it felt like the supporting joints also had the separation like the back. That was a very BAD thing for my replaced knee and I stopped u

I bought this based on the reviews on this website and I was not dissappointed. This is a machine you can use several times a day, and it definitely does wonders on your lower back.

i got my Back2Life on 9-9-2011.and i love it and it have been 5day and i have not have to take anypainpills i wouild take a 8painpiills a day butof to day i have not for 5 day and i have been in pain for 25yr it have help me tyvm .i have been a fireman 23yr all of this is not a joke it work ty .12min-and to time a day .
Not for tall people
My husband is very tall and the unit would not stretch long enough for him. We even put a board underneath it and it still wasnt right. This product is NOT meant for tall people.
Back 2 Life has given me a new back!
I use my Back 2 Life every night after my shower. I let the warm water relax my back prior to use. Then I relax for 12 minutes and love it!
I love the self timer and that it is so gentle.
The only thing I am not so happy with is it makes noices and squeeks. That interupts some what with me trying to relax.
I have recommended to a co-worker who has back problems also. I think she is going to order.

Low Back Pain Relief Anytime You Need It
I have sciatica and this helps a lot. It helped the first time I used it. Sometimes when I cant sleep because of the sciatic pain that goes into my hip & down my leg, I will get out of bed and use the Back2Life. It relieves the pain and I can go to sleep. I like the fact that I have it at home and can use it anytime (I dont have to wait in pain and make an appointment & go sit in a doctors office) I also like that it is pain relief without medication. It is so gentle you think it isnt going to work but when the 12 minutes are up and it stops; I am always amazed at how much it has helped. The only cons I can think of are that I have gone to sleep using it. It is used on the floor, but I dont really mind that. I have a thick down afghan/throw that is light weight that I use to lay on.

Even after chiropractic treatments my back was close to being 100% but just wasnt there. After using back2life for a few weeks I can say Im back to 110%. I wish I would have found this years ago.

I have spent several thousand dollars going to chiropractors. My doctors finally conducted an MRI and found more than a few chronic conditions and sent me to six weeks of phisical therapy. My condition was so bad that even driving short distances sent shocks of pain up my spinal cord. After one week of twice a day on the back-to-life I am a new man. I still use back-to-life due to arthritis and other conditions but I have been able to avoid that dreaded surgery and am able to work part time now. this machine is built as well as the ones in the chiros office. The steady motion is much better than a jarring twist and crack. Did I say much better that surgery.
