Quite awkward to use so far
Has given a stiff neck these first few nights, not sure if it will get more comfortable. And havent been able to notice difference in snoring just yet. Need longer use to determine effect
Decreased rumbling
I have been plagued by my husbands snoring for years. This pillow has not fully stopped his snoring but it has significantly decreased the intensity and frequency of it.
Anti-snore pillow is a winner!
I bought this for myself, but gave it to my husband after I used it for a week to see if it helped him as much as it did me! Yes! It is wonderful. There was a learning curve with him, but I just took to it, cause Im a side sleeper anyway. Now I have to buy my own...again!
A surprisingly simple solution
It helps reduce snoring, but you have to lay on your side for it to work. Thats okay because it is an inexpensive and uncomplicated method of relief.
Less snoring, more sleep!
I purchased this pillow for my father, because his snoring can wake up the whole house! He said that it was a little difficult to adjust to for the first couple of nights, but has no problems now. My mom loves the pillow and said that she can actually sleep now! It hasnt completely eliminated the snoring, but signicantly improved the frequency and noise level. She has already mentioned that she will buy him a new one every year.
jury is still out
i have only had this product for a couple of days but so far adjusting to it has been a struggle. i am already a side sleeper, but for this product you are supposed to keep one arm at a right angle on your side (which i never do) and the other arm perpendicular to the pillow (which makes my hand fall asleep). i remember being out of sorts for a few days when adjusting to a memory foam contour pillow but my neck seems more out of whack with this product during early trials. on the plus side i can definitely feel my nasal passages open (its like having a breathe-right strip on the side of your head that touches the pillow without the pressure on your nose) but i dont know if the discomfort that goes along with it can be overcome. this is a non-returnable item so i would say definitely avoid this product if (1) you have issues with neck spasms, (2) you have a small head, (3) you are too tall to sleep with one arm extended towards the headboard or (4) you do not like firm pillows.
"DISSAPOINTING"
Thought this would be great for my husband since he snores and complains about his arm getting numb when he lays on it under his pillow. Bought 1 for both of us, thinking this sounded great for me too! Thankfully they arrived in seperate shipments and I can return 1 for a credit. He has tried to use it and I have tried to use it. Maybe someone with a very long neck or a giraff would enjoy this pillow. It is too high, too much stuffing!

It seems to be working.
My husband snores like a jack hammer. We have been sleeping apart for some time. I gave him this pillow for Christmas and the first week was a dream. Then he got uncomfortable staying in position because he has a pulled back muscle. So we had a couple of bad nights. Since then he has figured out a way to use the pillow in a slightly modified way and were back in the same bed again. This product works but does require a willing commitment from the user.
Requires specific sleep position
I bought this pillow because I am a side-sleeper and I thought it might be more comfortable and easier on the spine than a regular pillow. When I read the directions, I realized that the sleeper must have an arm up over the head. This is an uncomfortable position for me. Unfortunately when I consulted the return policy, I found out that pillows are non-returnable. I guess I understand that, but I have wasted my money.
It Works! But Takes Some Getting Used To
Overall, the snoring is improved, but not eliminated (because I still roll over onto my back for periods of time over night).
Ive been using the pillow every night for about a month. At first, my sleep was very interrupted ( I could not get comfortable) and my neck and upper back were achy in the morning. With time, Im sleeping more soundly, but still not as soundly as with a "regular" pillow. My neck and back are still a bit achy, but improving.
Im hoping that things will continue to improve with continued use.
Comfortable
This was my fathers Christmas gift. He has had loud snoring, mild sleep apnea, and difficulty sleeping for some time. Since receiving the pillow, he has been able to sleep in past 6am for the first time in many years. My mother reports less snoring and my father says it is very comfortable. He has always slept on his side with his arm under his head so he did not have to get used to a different position.
Really Works
My wife bought it for me and I got benifit starting the first night. Now I dont snore and my doesnt nudge me to stop snoring or to turn.
Worked from day 1
I took it out of the box, washed the included pillow case and have since experienced terrific, and more importantly, quiet sleep. I was a stomach sleeper so it took a little time to get used to it, but I was willing to try anything to get a better night sleep, and to not wake up with the space next to me empty.
Sleep Right
I found the product awkward to use in the beginning. However, with nightly usage I
find it getting more comfortable. You definitely need to use for a few weeks in order to get used to the funky design, sleeping on your side and with your arm extended over your head and under the pillow. My husband says that it does help with my unbearable snoring.
"This funny looking pillow works"
I purchased one of these funny looking pillows last Christmas as a present for my husband, willing to try anything to help reduce his snoring. It worked for him, and he asked for another one! Keeps him on his side more. He really likes the space to be able to put his arm up under the pillow.
Works Sometimes
I bought this anti snore pillow for my husband. It works only sometimes, however I have noticed that if he is extremely tired, he still snores with the pillow.
Doesnt work at all and uncomfortable
I bought this product for my fiance (or really more for me since I cant sleep near him!) and it simply doesnt work. He also says its incredibly uncomfortable. We probably spent an hour going over the directions and positions and making sure he was doing everything right. We gave it two full weeks of trying it out, and it failed every night. Im exhausted (and so is he), so for now we settled on different rooms... something we really dont like to do. I would never recommend this product.
THIS PILLOW STOPS SNORING!
In our 42 1/2 years of marriage my husbands snoring has always been a problem for me. We have tried so many different pillows I have lost count, but none have worked. He even had surgery, and that helped somewhat. In the 11 days he has been using this pillow, I have slept well, he has slept well and we are both so happy with this success. Thank you!
Works!
We tried so many other products. This pillow has worked perfectly for over a year. When we have forgotten it when traveling we realize my husband still needs it. You need to get a new one every year, but you are suppose to change your pillow every year anyway. This is our second one.
No more ear plugs!!
Even with ear plugs, my husband was keeping me awake at night with his snoring. Now I dont even have to use the ear plugs. He doesnt snore most of the time now, and the little bit that still occurs is so low, I have no problem falling asleep, and staying asleep!!!! Thank You, Thank You so much.
Didnt look like a pillow
The product didnt not look comfortable when I opened the box, I didnt try the product and repacked it. It was not a design of pillow I would be comfortable in.
A must have for the spouse
The first night my husband used this he didnt snore and every night since. He thinks it is very comfortable and had no adjustment period.
