While I admit that I am bit spoiled when it comes to bed linens, a softer texture (higher thread count, higher quality fabric) would make the pillow case (and pillow) much more comfortable.

I didnt realize the pillow came with a case. Purchasing this pillow case is unnecessary unless a second one is desired.

Works Great!
I actually bought the pillow for my brother-in-law and he has sworn by it ever since. Goes nowhere without it. So.....I bought him a second one for this Christmas with pillowcases so that he would have one to keep at their beach cottage and at home.

Nice addition to pillow
I bought the anti snore pillow for my husband, which he loves, and might I also add I get a full nights sleep now. The pillowcase washes up very nice and keeps the pillow looking new.
