General Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If products purchased from do not meet your expectations, you may return it with the packing slip within 60 days of purchase. After 60 days, please refer to the original manufacturer's warranty for product and service issues. You will be refunded the method in which you paid. Original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. Exclusions apply, please see the Non-Returnable Items list below.

Returned products must be in a new, unused condition, and contain all original packaging and accessories (including all warranty cards and product manuals/instructions). Items with a gift receipt from the packing slip may be returned for an electronic gift certificate. Any product that has been misused or that shows any signs of extensive use will not be returned or exchanged.

Returning a product to us that is not in resalable condition risks forfeiture of product.

Non-Returnable Items
For reasons, including, but not limited to, consumer protection and health codes, certain products may not be returned. does not accept returns of the following items, without limitation:

-Massagers-Hair Trimmers -Groomers-Razors
-Nail Clippers -Earbuds-Slippers/Shoes-Oral Accessories
-Bedding-Support Seat Cushions-Kitchen Items-Personalized Items
-Fitness Equipment-Personal Care Products

Pac-Man/Arcade Game Returns
All purchases of the Pac-Man Arcade game, as well as all other Arcade games are final sale. In the event that the unit is defective, all returns must be first authorized through Sharper Image Customer Service at 1- 877-714-7444. For any unauthorized return, including delivery refusals, the customer will be subject to a restocking fee and freight shipping charges. Refund will be for the purchase price, (less applicable restocking fee and freight shipping charges) via the original method of payment.

Returns Process
Please follow these steps to return your purchase to us:
1. Pack your item in the original packaging
2. Include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories.
3. Circle the item you are returning and write reason for return on packing slip.
4. Please place your item back in the product box, then place in a secure shipping box. Do not use the product box or carton as your shipping box. Return's received in this condition will not be processed.
5. Include the packing slip or gift receipt sent with shipping confirmation; we will not accept returns without a packing slip or gift receipt.
6. Send the return back to the Returns Center address listed on your Shipping Confirmation Email or Packing Slip. Most returns should be returned to: Sharper Image Returns, 37640 Hills Tech Drive, Farmington Hills, MI 48331. **If there is a different address on your packing slip, please call customer service at 877-714-7444 for assistance.
7. For proof of delivery, you must use a traceable carrier (UPS, FedEx, etc.)

Receiving Refunds will issue a refund after we receive and process an acceptable return. For items directed to our Returns Center, it can take up to 30 days to receive a refund after you have returned the item (in many cases you'll receive the refund sooner).

Defective Returns
If you received a defective item and need to return it for the same item, please call our Customer Service line (1-877-714-7444) to request a new item.

Items Purchased by Other Sellers
If you purchased a Sharper Image product at a retail store or from another seller, those returns or exchanges must go through the place of purchase.
