Very effective and easy to use
The covers are used daily in frosty weather and I never have to scrape my windshield.
Havent tried yet.
I gave this to my Dad and warned him that that it may not work on windy days based on other feedback.
Great Product
The product fits my Volkswagon Tiguan windshield perfectly! Its easy to use, compact and easy to travel with! It definitely saves time when the westher gets bad!
Exactly what I was looking for!
The shield is very easy to install and remove. It saves a lot of time removing snow and ice from the windshield.
Gets the job done
Living in Chicago and having moved to a new place without a covered garage, I decided to try these covers and so far they have worked very well, even in fierce wind/snow storm.
I thought when it said set of two, it meant one for the front and one for the back, however they are both for the front. I have become creative and use one for the back, but its not as secure, although it still works.
My only suggestion would be to add some device to tuck into the front and back doors to prevent theft. The assumption that people buying these covers are not parking on a street in a metropolitan area is unfortunate. I will be adding something myself because I dont want my covers stolen.
Overall, I recommend.
Works pretty well
Yes, I am using it and it has worked very well. It takes just a moment to roll it out over the windshield in the evening, and it is an easy roll up in the morning. It leaves the windshield completely clear - no ice or frost. I havent used it long enough to comment on how well it will last. Seems to be constructed fairly well.
Really works
Glad it came with two - one for me and one for my daughter. Since windshields are all different sizes, it doesnt fit perfectly, but it does do the job. Would buy again.
Windshield Cover
We are very happy with our purchase of the Windshield covers. Installed cover and it snowed overnight!!! Our windshield was clean and ready to drive the next morning!! No more scraping.
Frost Free but not Snow Free
Looks very durable, and Im glad I bought something that attaches to the sideview mirrors, however: it is too short for a 2015 Subaru Forester. The wipers are not covered at all. But it is sold as a Frost deterrent, not a snow cover. Still a good purchase.

I bought a pair for my son and like them so much that I bought a set for myself.

I bought the windshield cover for my teen son whos car has to park outside. Its fairly easy to throw on and loop over the mirrors. Hes been using it, so it must work! The second one hasnt been used, but is available for my husband to take to work in the evenings in severe weather. I could see the elastic wearing over time, but with the rigid sticks on the ends and parking close to the house, i dont feel it will ever be an issue.
Really Does Work!
On the plus side, it is effective at keeping the frost off the windshield. My car is uncovered during the night and when I get up on the morning, there is frost all over the car, except where this windshield cover is. On the negative, it is not secure enough. It is secured only with elastic straps. If you park in the city, someone will likely walk off with it during the night. And, it gets blown all over the place in the wind. It comes with a pouch to keep it in which is also nice. But, on calm nights in a protected area, it does the job of keeping the frost off.
Great product at a great price
I have had other windshield covers that were very thin and did not fit very well. This product fit both the truck and the SUV. It stayed where it was supposed to and kept the ice off the windshield

could be 3" higher, or half-moon shaped on bottom, to also cover/protect wiper blades on larger SUVs! Neighbors asking where to buy!!
Really came in handy this winter
This cover kept the ice & snow off the windshield. I didnt have to scrape in the sub zero temps. Great for people without a garage.

Horrible unit
This unit is HORRIBLE! Barely vibrates. The sculpted part you feel no vibration at all. When I tried to return it they claimed it was a personal care item and cant be returned. The only thing touching it was my hand and leg with pants on! I can return clothes for that much contact. Dont waste your money. So much for helping the customer. Lost this money and it was a birthday gift. Shame on false advertising! No reason this cant be returned. Boo on Sharper Image for avoiding returns!

Clear windshield
Purchased this for my husband and it arrived the day of the snow and ice. He covered his front truck window over night and had a crystal clear window the next morning when he removed the window cover. The truck window is slightly taller than the cover but it was not a problem as visibility was fine. If you park your vehicle outside this is a great product.

Great time Saver
As a member of the Fire Police Force in the county of Kent in Maryland I frequently have to respond to incidents at all hours of the day. In winter we usually have a considerable amount of frost. I have tried several sprays and other treatments but none were as acceptable as this.
Careful Preparation Makes The Difference
Proper placement of the windshield cover makes the difference in how well it works. The bottom has elastics that pull over the outside mirror holders. If the cover is not tight to the windshield, moisture will get on the windshield and freeze as if there never was a cover. We throw the cover in the back seat area after first shaking off as much ice cling as possible. In the heated car, any snow or ice will melt. The product works fine, provided we use it correctly.

The product doesnt cover the wipers, but it does take care of the entire windshield, and it will need a place to dry off. Perfect for snow and sleet. Highly recommended
Good product
Helps prevent freezing and covers enough of the front glass of my midsize sedan so that I am able to take off quicker than without it. Have yet to use if there is heavy snow but expect it will be fine.

I used to use a sheet to cover my car windows to keep the snow and frost off of my windows and save me from scrapping. This is perfect. It is easy to use and does the job well. Only wish I had this sooner. I love it.
Best Purchase Ever
The frost build up on my poor car windshield was difficult to scrape and clear, Indoor parking is not available. This windshield cover is amazing. I peel it off in the morning and while my side windows are crusted over my front windshield is crystal clear.
Works Great
I got 4 of these for our company vehicles in North Dakota. Worked great on our Van and Yukon but was a little short for our HD Sierra but kept the part it covered dry.

Frost free, not snow free
Item is just as described. For my 2015 Subaru Forester, it covers the entire windshield except the wipers and wiper well. Im still happy with the purchase because the cover is durable and rolls up easily and wraps around the rear view mirrors. Some covers require you to close the car doors on it, resulting in leaks, etc.

Frost Free Windshield Covers are the best!
I bought this just in time for our first snow storm in Boston! Went outside the night before the storm and put the shield on the car. It was easy to get out of its case, was easy to figure out how to use it, fit perfectly on the windshield, and the loops for the side mirrors were perfect and easy to place (and much better than shields without them). When the storm was over, it took seconds to get the shield off the car, I brought it in the garage to melt the snow off, and when it was time to put it back in its case (bag), it went in easily. Love, love, love it!! My biggest fear is the product is so great someone is going to steal it for their vehicle!!

These Windshield Covers are Excellent
I love these durable and easy to use windshield covers. However, living in Raleigh, NC, I have only had to use them once so far this winter. If you live in a snowy or constantly cold climate, these windshield covers are a must have!
Great product
This product works very well. Keeps your windshield frost free. Easy to install. I can see the advantage if it had straps that go inside to prevent it from getting stolen.
