The Proper Pillow
I have bad neck pain and when I wake up the pain is really bad. After using this pillow the first night when I woke up the pain I usually have wasnt there. Im not saying this pillow fixed my neck but I am saying it really helped a lot.
"The Proper Pillow" may be very proper for you
I used this pillow for two weeks and I must say that after the first night mu neck was much less stiffed and I my neck and upper shoulders feel much better in the morning.
But I need to try it for a period of 30-60 days to see if it is actually work for a long period of time.
I would buy this product again.
Was having neck problems using my pillow that I had for some time. The reviews sounded good so I decided to order one. It took about a week to get used to it. Lying on my back is very comfortable, but is harder to find the right spot for sleeping on my side.

The Proper Pillow
I had neck surgery in 2009. I have had neck pain on and off since then. The past few months the pain wakes me at night. I started using this pillow and the pain is so much better. I still have some pain but not like the pain I was having. It was horrible. I bought 2 more as gifts.
Great Pillow
I have a compressed disc in my neck and would always wake up with a stiff and sore neck. Well so far not anymore since I purchased my pillow...it has worked for me.
Proper pillow
Great pillow. Girlfriend loves using pillow every night. Allows her to sleep on back and side. She sleeps like a log. No occasional heavy breathing anymore from what I can tell.
Finally a pillow that really works!
I have rods in my back and fused vertebrae and have suffered from chronic neck pain for years. I have tried many different pillows with no relief. I was leery of this pillow helping, but decided after coming across it several times to try it out. Im so glad I did! The difference it has made in my quality of sleep and how I feel throughout the entire day is unbelievable...I have no neck pain or any pain related to my rods, fusion, etc. I sleep on my back and side and even sometimes stomach. My pain has gone from daily morning pain and chronic pain throughout the day to basically zero, none! It really works and Im so thankful I decided to order this item. I wasnt impressed with it when I opened it and just thought there wasnt much to it as far as first impression, but after sleeping with it, its the only pillow I will use!

finally a pillow that works
Ive been tossing and turning in bed for years. Cant ever find the right position or pillow. This pillow did the trick. My morning aches are gone and Im sleeping through the night.
Comfortable
I had a doctor install adult screws in my neck but the screws were too big and snapped all the vertebrates from the skull down to spine. It is difficult for me to sleep as I cannot turn over like a normal person. I have to use my lower body to turn over. This pillow helps I find I am not turning left to right as often as I was with my old pillow
Helps me sleep
Love that I can sleep in any position with this pillow and wake upwithout neck pain or stiffness. Im a side sleeper buy my husband sleeps on his back. We both own this and get a wonderful restful nights sleep.

The shape gives good neck support. I can sleep on either my back or side. The smell of the plastic was pretty bad when unpacked and still has some bad smell after a couple of weeks of use.
