The product performs as advertised.
I use this product when driving or in front of the TV. Except for the cervical vertebrae it covers the entire spine.Even when on high vibration levels you can still hear the TV sound. Also, there is limited electrical interference with electronics.
The only thing that could be improved is the heating element which produces almost no detectable heat.
Did not meet my expectations.
I have a sever back problem. There are times when I need heat without the message. This unit requires me to turn on the massage before I can turn on the heat function. Returned and purchased another brand that meets my needs.
Massage/Heat cushion
You MUST use a massage function to use the heat function. This is not clearly specified on the website. Also, I tested the heat and it was more like warm that actual heat.
Better for home use
I bought this for my long commute in LA traffic. I hoped it would improve my seat comfort at the very least.
Cons:
1. Massage is literally just a vibration.
2. The cords are too bulky and long for my average sized car. They are very noticeable even when not in use.
3. The seat material arrived with a horrible odor that hasnt gone away yet. (1 week in car)
4. Product constantly needs to be readjusted every time you sit. Even with velcro wraps in place.
Pros:
It is a lightweight product. Maybe in a bigger truck/suv the cords would be less of an annoyance.
It is more comfortable than a regular seat.
Overall the cons outweigh the comfort level & I would not repurchase this item. If it was possible to return it, I would have. The quality just isnt there.
*have not used heater since LA rarely has cold weather and its currently spring.

I have bought this product again, for car & house.
Has solved back pain I used to experience while traveling in car. Also use some in the house.
The motor bumps on upper legs are uncomfortable, wish they werent there and dont believe they are necessary.
Overall I am very pleased with massaging cushion.
Just vibrates - no rolling. Do read description carefully.
Wish you made a light weight one like this with

Disappointed
Purchased this for my car, since I travel for work extensively and have back problems. Disappointed with this item because the massage function makes you feel as though you are on bumpy road or a bridge with a rough road. It can actually become annoying. I use it only for short term relief for my back due to this. I was hoping that it would work much better-rolling massages rather than vibrating. And if you keep it on your seat while not in use, the interior vibrating mechanisms poke you. Have not used the seat warming function yet. Hopefully that will work better than the massaging function. However, it does not get particularly cold where I live even in the winter time. May end up selling it on Craigs list or putting it on my office chair.
Fabulous massage and heat cushion
Fits my desk chair perfectly. This massage/heat cushion looks like it cost $300 and is best cushion I have ever tried. Works as advertised. If your back is S problem this is the massage cushion you should purchase!
May Have to Purchase a Second One
Bought as a Christmas gift for my husband who had back surgery. He finds it soothing and has been using it at home. He is now trying it in his work truck and if satisfactory will need to purchase second one for home use.

Great for the home
I got this for my boyfriend who has back pain, chronically. He has this adorn his one chair that doesnt cause him as much pain to sit in (a somewhat reclining one) and he loves the massaging action on this item. I have used it for myself as well and I just wish the heat was on a more variable setting.

Heated Massage Cushion
This was a birthday present for my husband. He loves it.
Perfect for long trips in the car
I used this on a thirteen hour car trip. It was a life saver! The heat element was good, and the massaging aspect kept my back from getting too stiff while driving. Its not quiet, but turn on the radio, and youll never notice.

I USE THE PRODUCT IN THE OFFICE BECAUSE I SPEND A LOT TIME AT MY DESK. MAKES IT REAL COMFORTABLE.

With less than a weeks use, one of the control switches broke. How do I send it back for replacement or a full refund?

Nice product, one major flaw.
Great product, just wish they would have provided a master on/off switch to shut the unit off. Each feature his its own on/off but not convenient. Also when there is no pressure on the unit the Heat will shut off but not the messagers. Ideally the whole unit shuts off so you do not have a dead car battery.

I have chronic neck and back pain so I got two of these for home and the office.
I use it constantly and it definitely helps to relax my muscles.
Back Spasm Relief
The variable control allows me to focus vibration to specific area for relief of back spasms and back ache. I used it successfully in my van during a 8 hour drive. I will be getting another for my husband.

With a diagnosis of osteopenea, I was concerned about losing weight because it contributes to bone loss. My doctor recommended getting a vibrating cushion for my car because studies have shown that this (along with other protocols) can help not just maintain bone density, but actually builds it back up. We purchased two - one for me and one for my husband for when he takes long trips... My husband did not like his as some of the vibrating motors hit his body in the wrong (meaning uncomfortable for him) spots. I dont notice any discomfort and love it! We decided to keep the extra, which I use indoors, while working on the computer. As a result, I find I am no longer stiff after sitting for long periods of reading and writing. The heat feature is an extra plus during these cold temps we having in the northeast, as it keeps me very cozy with out having to turn the heat up!

Purchased this for use in car on long trip but have been using it at home on my office seat and its great. Definitely helps ease tightness in lumbar region but the upper and middle back massage areas feel real good too.

Amazing product that breaks after 1 month
I loved this car seat! It heated quickly and great pressure from the massagers.
After 1 and a half moths, the seat stopped working in my car, like a short in the wiring and when I plugged in at home, only the top half of the massagers worked. Im very sad.
