The SIRI activation feature is a much safer alternative if you have to reach someone quickly than reaching in your pocket for your phone. Great product! Effective and economical I was looking for a blue tooth connection from my iPhone to my ski helmet. My son purchased a complicated system with many buttons to push on the side and at a cost of over 250. This system I purchased is much simpler! I have used it and am pleased. Just click on the right speaker or left and youre in control. Cost? 100. Very worthy product I purchased these for my snowboarding helmet for my trip out to Colorado this past month. They functioned flawlessly, even being subject to some contact with snow. The sound quality is great and the calls came through crystal clear while I was moving down the mountain at a decent speed. I highly recommend these for juicing up your shred sessions with some great tunes. GET SOME. Convenient, good sound quality. Great product. Easy to use. Very convenient when you have bulky mittens or gloves while skiing. Would like to switch left and right to minimize zipper use on helmet (did it anyway - not sure about voice recognition quality compared to other way). Would like to be able to put small wire for charging so dont have to remove from helmet each time. Versatile headset This headset is great- it offers almost complete control of iPhone answering and music without having to remove your gloves. Previously had the wired protec helmet which was easy to use but did not have wireless control or forward/back or phone answering capabilities. Also like the fact that if the battery dies, I can just hook it up through the cable and Im back up and running. The reverse button ( to replay a track) does not work great, it tends to advance the track more often than reversing it but thats not an issue for me, maybe its a deal breaker for others. I guess it would be nice if it could go a bit louder or with a bit more bass, but thats being pretty nitpicky. Overall, I have not seen another glove operated device that offers the versatility of this one, so my feeling is that it does somewhat justify the higher price. Great Christmas gift! Great sounding bluetooth headphones that fit nicely in helmets with headphone pouch. Easy to use controls without removing gloves. You can also make/receive calls, but I havent tried that feature yet. Easy install and use I use these speakers in my full-face Giro ski helmet. The sound is great and the battery lasted all day listening to music. The controls are a bit harder to use with a full face helmet setup. Once I turned the system on, I pretty much had to operate volume and song selection with my cell phone. If I was using a normal ski/snowboard helmet, I could see this product being very easy to use. I am very picky about my headphones, these have good sound, very lightweight, and the controls are awesome. I love the pause option and the push button controls where you dont have to take your gloves off or take out your phone. You can answer phone calls, it will read text messages if set up, everything. I used them for about 6 hours and they held a good charge, plus they only take a couple hours to recharge. Works great Works as advertised. Can manipulate controls while wearing mittens. Fantastic Product I love the Hands free controls so I dont have to pull my phone out to answer a call or change a song when it is really cold on a chair lift. Love the tunes Loved them so much I bought a 2nd pair for my wife. Decent headphones Decent headphones, easy to control. Very convenient. Audio quality is lacking but I dont think there is another product on the market like it. Great sound and ease of use! I bought these for an older ProTec helmet that I use for snowboarding. The helmet once had speakers in it but they have since died and I purchased the Chips as a replacement. With a few little tweaks to my helmet, these fit very well. They are super easy to use and the controls are very easy to access even with gloves on. Sound quality is great and phone calls are clear. Have no hesitations and buy these if youre looking to rock out to tunes while youre shredding! Worked Perfectly They worked perfectly the first time out in my Giro helmet. The huge button on each side that you can click through the helmet earpieces are brilliant. Volume control is a little difficult through the headphones on the slope, so set them up to support the max volume you want beforehand and control volume through your music device on the slopes. My iphone would shut off due to the cold when I kept it in an outer pocket. I moved it to an inner pocket on my jacket to keep it warm and the wireless signal was not affected. Also, if you have a supported device, I suggest using a lifeproof case on your device for no worries use. Must have for snowboarders/skiers! These headphones are fantastic. Best on the market. Sound quality is excellent and the added ability to make calls and execute other commands w/o touching my phone make this an ideal solution for on hill use. Great helmet tunes I use my CHIPS in my alpine ski helmet Sound is great. No dangling cords. Controls are convenient and easily operated w/o removing gloves. Only improvement I can think of would be if device reported device status like when a bluetooth connection is established or lost and battery level. Love these on the Hill Radical Man!!! I love these for when im on the hill! So easy to use and great sound. Easy to slip into my helmet and listen to music all the way down the hill. I never miss a call which is awesome too!! Very Good product, i told all my friends I snowboard a lot and i like to liston to music, but the added demension of not having to talk my helmet off to answer my phone is really cool. I have no bad thing to say about these headsets sound quality is spendid.
