Great product, complicated instructions
I think the instructions for operation could be more descriptive. Easy to maintain. Lots of nice features.
I bought two, neither one puts out a warm mist!

I bought this product to help relieve the problem I have with dry mouth and snoring during sleep. Im not sure about the snoring but it definitely worked for my dry mouth problem. I no longer need to buy the over the counter products to relieve dry mouth.

A little pricey for what it is, but not bulky or messy like other humidifiers. Temp control is nice plus.
Not for desert climes
Unfortunately, my comments are negative. Here in the desert with the maximum humidity setting (80% is max) selected, I cannot get the humidity in our bedroom (18 x 18) above 35%. At its maximum output, the 60 hour claim for the time capacity of the reservoir is not even close. The unit must be refilled every 12 hours.
I have a music salon (10 X 12) which is constantly humidified for my acoustic guitars. Even this small room needs maximum output to achieve 50 to 55% humidity. The 12 hour running time also applies.
Great Little Humidifier
Humidifier was very easy to set up. We use it at night in our bedroom with the time and it does a splendid job for us. Would not hesitate to recommend to others looking for a humidifier in a similar situation.

The biggest pain is the steam spout that falls off when you refill the tank. I think that Im afraid I will lose it and my cat got it off the tank. I dont think it will affect anything if i lose it, just wont be able to direct the mist. Overall, love the way it works.

I purchased 2 units and one began smoking within a few days. I have returned the unit. I had to call to get return instructions, as little info was provided with the unit. Overall, it is average. Mainly, I have to place the unit on a high counter, as the mist immediately heads for the floor. The heating aspect seems to have no effect. The container is easy to fill, and requires inverting and is a bit difficult to fit back into the unit, causing some spillage. I have tried various humidifiers, and so far have not found one that contain large amounts of water, plentiful mist focused upwards, and ease of filling.
So Far So Good, Keeping My Fingers Crossed
We have had the humidifier about a month now and it is still going strong. This is our 4th or 5th humidifier in the last 11 months. I hope it continues to go strong! We use it in our infants room to help with congestion. We notice a significant difference in his breathing and coughing at night when we use the humidifier. It was very pricey, but totally worth every penny if it last throughout the year... Keeping my fingers crossed! :-)

This is a great humidifier. It produces a good amount of mist. Its compact and lightweight. But the water tank holds a lot of water for hours of uninterrupted mist. It is also a smart humidifier. It has different modes and lets you know the humdity percentage of the room.

A Great Product.
I turn on the Smart Humidifier when Im getting ready for bed. Set the time and the level I want the mist to spray. Just before I jump in bed it is ready for a full night of spreading warm humdity throughout the room. Then I turn on the sleep mode to soften the light. Now on to a perfect nights sleep.

This is a great product if youre looking to spot treat certain rooms. Its not complex, maybe a little too simple if youre looking for all kinds of bells and whistles. But we have noticed a lot less dryness since we started using them. We bought one for our master bedroom and family room. Theyre small and quiet and all we really needed.

Wonderful product
I have not used a humidifier in a long while but this winter decided it was a must have. I researched them and decided on this one and am so glad that I did. Very quiet, love the ease of controls and makes a huge difference in sleep quality. I especially like the sleep option control for night time use. Only con would be a bit clumsy to fill but that is really minor.

LOVING THIS HUMIDIFIER
Living in Santa Fe, New Mexico, it is VERY DRY in the winter. I have gone through many humidifiers and I think this one will last for a long time. We have a very large bedroom and this is perfect for humidifying the bedroom in the winter. Im thinking about buying another one for the living room.

Quiet, Efficient and Good Looking!
I like the compact design, the black color fits in with home decor better than other small humidifiers which are usually white, love the automatic shut off when out of water. Many other good features... auto or customized settings, heated or cool mist, adjustable directional mist nozzle... I would like to see a humidifier that has a top fill and is easier to handle. The mist nozzle lifts off which is good because the water reservoir must be turned upside down to refill. The product would probably be easily broken if bumped hard or dropped. I havent seen a humidifier made by any company that is sturdy or has a top fill, or isnt awkward to handle while refilling. Overall, I do like the Sharper Image humidifier best... and we have gone through quite a few in the past!

Sleep saving product!
I spent hours searching online for the best compact room/house humdifier. This one is a miracle find! Between the quiet operation, built-in humidity sensor, and option for dim lighting, I am now able to sleep through the night. Cured my dry nose and headaches
This humidifier has cured my dry nose and skin and also, I believe, stopped my headaches. It is easy to operate and refill. The best feature is the swivel nozzle which allows me to put the unit in just about any location. Currently it is on my bedside table for use overnight. It also has a light display dimmer which is a nice feature. Im not sure if/how the room humidity level is detected and modified but my room certainly doesnt seem too damp like I have experienced with other standard operating humidifiers.

Bought two
I use my two humidifiers in close proximity to me to help with a nagging dry eye problem. I use all kinds of drops, but the humidification is icing on the cake, so to speak. I use fewer lubricating drops when on my iPad or computer, and when I wake up my eyes dont feel as dry and sandy.
I use it at the medium setting and a tank of tap water lasts 12 hours. Good product.

You are asking for a review prematurely! This is strictly a winter-use product. I have a room-full of sensitive musical instruments (piano, harpsichord, pipe organ, guitars, etc. Their longevity relies on good humidity. I am assuming from the descriptions and from having the product in hand that I will be very happy with this unit. Ask me again in the spring!

Great Humidifier
Very easy to use. Starts producing warm steam or a cold mist as soon as you turn the unit on. I couldnt believe how it immediately started to work. I would highly recommend this humidifier to anyone looking to purchase one and may even purchase another one for myself for a different area of my home.
