True Magnification
It is extremely difficult to find make-up mirrors that magnify as advertised, or magnify greater than 10x. This mirror does as advertised. Due to the high magnification of 12x, you must get quite close to mirror for it not to distort. This is not a criticism, just an FYI. I truly have waited years for a mirror like this that I can leave my glasses and actually see what I am doing while putting on my make-up, especially eye make-up. The on/off dimming control is easy to use. The mirror is very attractive on my vanity. It is large, so wouldnt fit easily on a small table. Also I need to get used to it, because I touch it accidently and the light dims. All my issues and nothing detrimental about the mirror at all.

Easy touch on and off was a hit with my wife. Finding a
12X magnification was a bonus. Was a Christmas gift to
my wife. It was exactly what she wanted.

i ordered this mirror to aid me in applying makeup, tweezing etc. My eyesight is not the best as I age and this mirror has proven to be what I needed. Its big but no more than what I was expecting. I would like for it to be a bit shorter but I use it on a kitchen height counter top. I would recommend it!!!

The mirror allows you to do your make-up perfectly. The lighting is as though you were outside. Therefore, your make-up is never overdone.
As a gift for my sister with ALS, she is able to simply touch the base to turn it on and off. This is so much easier that a switch! She is so happy with it!

Beautiful Addition to my Vanity!
Beautiful design and great quality! I have been through several of the "cheaper" versions...no more! I am very glad I bit the bullet and purchased a better product. I have full confidence this lamp will last me a VERY long time and I love that I only have to touch the base to turn it on! LOVE IT!
I think I could do surgery with this magnification
A little pricey but will be worth it if it lasts several years
To much magnification for my daily use.
I have been using an older 5X mirror, which finally broke and I was replacing it with this newer model. However the 12X requires that I place my face approximately 4 inches from the and mirror and thats to close for me to do my daily makeup. I returned this unit immediately, and will reorder another 5X model. If youre doing very closeup work, this model is great.

Great height to sit and put on makeup. Flipping from the magnified mirror to regular mirror is very easy. Stylish and fits with decor so you can leave sitting out and no need to put away.

Very pleased with counter top mirror
I wanted a really good vanity mirror to apply cosmetics and such. Also I just renovated our bathroom so I wanted the mirrors finish to match our new hardware. This mirror accomplishes both! I wanted one that would plug in rather than battery operated so I dont have to replace batteries. This is perfect for my needs.
