Bought this tree in anticipation of downsizing, because it is lightweight, and easy to handle and store. It exceeded our expectations! In about one minute the tree was up....fully decorated and ready to place packages under the tree! It takes up very little space, is attractive, and perfect for us. Several friends are going to order this tree next year after seeing ours! Its hassle-free... The tree needs a hook on the top so that it stays in place. The tree fell through the pole because the tip of the tree doesnt have a bracket or hook to keep it in place. So, it fell a few times before I got one of the fake branches to stay put. Its a nice simple tree and I like that the manufacturer didnt try to make it look anything more than a nice fake tree. As my friend said, "it is what it is." Its photogenic - it takes great pictures...Ive gotten compliments on this tree from those that saw the pics on FB. Its perfect for an apartment but, I dont think its appropriate for an office if you want to make a grand impression. Absolutely perfect Was leafing through a SI catalog when I spotted this. Reviews were excellent, shipping was free and I had a savings code. Before you could say "live cedar tree" I was tapping in my CC info. Arrived promptly and exceeds our expectations--setup took literally 90 seconds. NINETY SECONDS!!! Its decorated in the traditional style, with a couple hundred tiny LED lights, gold ornaments, red bows and glittery ribbons. Six feet tall, not bulky, just perfect. Everyone who sees it is amazed at how great it looks! Friends, you cant buy and decorate a tree, real or artificial, for this price. Wish wed found this 10 years ago! Best Christmas Tree Ever This is by far the best artificial Christmas Tree we have ever owned. I live in an apartment with my son, and storage is tight (my closet). The Christmas Trees weve owned in the past have been so bulky. This one breaks down easily and is extremely slender when time to store. Our other artifical trees have been bent from jamming them back into the box; however, this one folds down on its own, which will definitely pro-long thelife of the tree. The LED lights are very bright, and there are just enough of them. The wire is sturdy enough to hang additional ornaments if need be. The ribbon is a very elegant touch! The tree is standing First opened upside down(see cons)and panic.Turned box over and found poll/stand which I assembled and inserted into tree center, then tipped it up and set it on support legs which I had already installed.yeah yeah!!!To store I plan to disconnect from top and lower branches. We could not find the hook inside the top of the tree to connect to the pole to keep tree up. There was nothing in the instructions regarding this part of the tree. Otherwise, it works beautifully. It was easy to assemble and looks very nice. The only problem was the lights on lower part of the tree dont work. She did not want to go through the hassle of shipping it back so is taking it as it. Youre kidding Sharper Image right? Sharper Image used to represent innovative products with value. Not anymore. This tree makes me wonder what the buyer standards are at SI. Fire this buyer! The supplier obviously has no measurement tools in the factory. The pole will not fit snugly in the base (which is cheap plastic) and will not even fit at the connection on itself! There is no chance that the flimsy tree would ever stand straight. That there is no cap for the top of the tree to hold up the thin "tree skirt" from poking through. Unwrapped this from the cheap cardboard box and discovered all of the shortcomings immediately. Had it back in the box within 20 minutes ready for return. Note the picture: its literal. Any hope of function would only happen on a hardwood floor. But it would still lean. Sharper Image never fooled its consumers like this. But they do now. Good Bye Sharper Image. We just could not pull the big ole Christmas tree down from the attic this year due to bad knees and back. My husband and I had started delaying asking for help about two years ago and just suffered through the process due to hosting Christmas every year for the family. I thought I would surprise my husband with this tree. He was so delighted to see how I had it up in mere minutes!! And the look on his face was not only relief, but he was shocked something so totally decorated, brightly lit and just beautiful was sitting in our den! I plan to buy another one for our office. We will be able to start decorating earlier for Christmas instead of delaying while trying to figure out how we are going to get that ole tree down from the attic!! POP UP CHRISTMAS TREE This tree is fairly simple to assemble, looks real, and also works well in a big room or a small space because it is a space saver. Everything is included on the tree - lights, bulbs, ribbons. The only thing I wish is that they had included a little baggie of the hangers for the bulbs with the tree. Christmas Tree This tree is amazing and the children loved it. Just 4 steps in putting it up. it comes fully decorated with lights. My co-workers were amazed that it looked so nice. Only thing is I wish it had blinking lights. Easy and quick way to brighten up a room For someone elderly like me this was a great solution for a Christmas tree. Went up in five minuets. It is small so does not take up much room but does look a bit tiny compared to a regular or artificial tree but the convenience is so worth it. The box was a bit gouged when I got it so some of the ornaments are dented. They are plastic so they did not break. It collapsed down and will fit under a bed or not take up much space in a closet. That said, it sets up in minutes. It is light weight, a plus, but one of the legs bent when my daughter stepped on it. Easily fixed though. I cant believe how nice this really is! I have to say that a pop-up Christmas tree seemed a bit too good to be true. Christmas is my busiest work season. The past several years I just didnt have the energy to get out the ole tree, untangle the tangled lights, etc. so I finally and impulsively bought this tree. NO REGERTS. its absolutely perfect. Right out of the box, it looks great. With a little fluffing, it turned out quite nice (the packaging of this left little for protection). It feels not very substantial at first but then the magic of the set-up and the beauty of the final product makes it all worth it!!! It was fun then to add just a couple of my favorite ornaments to finish it up - although it really needs nothing added to it. Dont hessitate - buy it now! Hohoho Beautiful addition to our decorations. Very easy to setup and take down. Because we have a rug, we needed to use some spare tiles to keep it from leaning to the side. Stand was not sturdy enough so we reenforced it. A great addition I used it at a house I am not always at but I wanted a tree there without a lot of fuss! It was sooo easy to set up and looks great! A great purchase I ordered this pull-up Christmas tree for several reasons. The height of 6 ft. is tall enough for me to manage yet make a statement. The width of the tree fits into many spaces. The weight of the tree is not too heavy. A lack of available storage always seems to be an issue for many people. The time to decorate and undecorate a tree during a busy season. The led lighting was an important feature of the tree. Problem solved on all of the above! I was able to add more ornaments to personalize tree with memories as the branches are very sturdy. It is not a totally realistic tree as it is perfectly shaped so you can pop it up and down. But for an artificial tree it is quite beautiful. If you are close to tree you can see the pole. The additional ornaments did help with this. I love it and so does my husband. The only problem was I could not find a storage container for it through sharper image. Stunning Quick Christmas!!! I am living with my 92 year old Mother and I needed a quick, beautiful Christmas fix. I placed two of these trees on each side of her rock fireplace so that they could be seen from the front of the home. A wreath and a lighted garland on the mantel finished the job. I encircled the bases with some cotton batting from the fabric store. Outside I alternated green and red floodlights on the exterior of the home and with the white lighted trees in the windows, I feel it is beautiful. She does too and thats what made it all worth it. This is just what we needed this year. Easy to put up and everyone likes it very much. It lights up the whole corner of the room. The pole doesnt fit unless it is pushed extremely hard into the base. This pretty artificial Christmas tree is a dream for any busy/single person, as it is SO EASY to set up - takes less than15 minutes- AND it is fully decorated, including plug-in lights. For me, it would have been better if lights were battery-powered,as the cord is short (I needed an extension cord ). The tree, being plastic, is very lightweight so I have placed it away from breezy, hi-traffic area. Also, given the inexpensive materials used, it seems a bit overpriced. Overall, I am very satisfied w/ this product;& have purchased a second tree as a gift. good value for the money good value for the price Good buy but bad base design I bought this tree because I wanted a no hassle, quick christmas tree to put up but that was still of good quality. The tree itself is of good quality and design; however the stand and legs were made out of plastic and not aluminum like the middle stem was. When putting it up, the tree tompled over and as a result the bottom base that holds the legs snapped. I called the company and they wanted me to send the entire tree back which I thought was ridiculous. Luckily, I had an old aluminum base and legs that I used for a previous artificial tree and the rod fit perfectly so the tree is up and more secure. I think the base and legs that hold the tree should be more durable and made out of aluminum and not cheap plastic. If I did not have a replacement base and legs I would have sent the tree back and not have gotten another one. Easy to put up, very pretty! We placed this in our hallway. Its so pretty and so easy to put together. When I get older, this may be the only tree I use. For now, it adds to the foyer decor. I love it! I would buy this tree over and over again. I had my doubts until the train arrived. I took it out the box and actually set it up in two minutes. Very pretty tree It is a Christmas Tree used in my home Great product Would purchase this tree again. Tree gets a 9; lights get a 3. The tree was a great size for my moms entry area and looks good, would say it looks great but on the top third of the tree the lights dont work. Also the stand should have a better explanation as to how to insert the pole. We had to hammer the pole into the stand in order to get the prongs that hold it upright to open and hold the pole. Great look Initially I could not get the tree to stand steady but my husband looked and forced the pole into the stand. You really have to use muscle to get it steardy. Several people text me after leaving my home "where did you get your tree?" I think at first glance you think how pretty but after awhile you think how practcle as well. I love that it takes luttrrally 5 mins to put up and take down. I actually purchased (w/ my gift card) 1 of the remaining storage bags. The Perfect Tree Our Christmas tree is beautiful! We havent had a tree in 13 years. We retired and sold our home and moved to a small apartment. We have previously gone away for Christmas. This year we are staying home as our daughter and son-in-law are coming with some grandchildren. The tree is perfect! It fits and it was easy to pop-up. Its nicely decorated, too.
