Review Content Good product/send new batteries I ordered this wand for my husband, because he travels all the time, and some hotels are less than desirable. I charged it and charged it, but the batteries were already shot. It only worked as long as it was plugged in, but I received it and the batteries were already run down, so I will have to purchase batteries, thats a bummer. Pricy but appears to do as advertised Sanitizing and bug control if any UV-C wand I was skeptical but after using this product the reduction of dust mites is incredible. It really works and Im not itching in my sleep anymore nor do I have to wash my sheets every few days now. This is a great product. I am particularly sensitive to dust mites. And I have used this on all my furniture and bedding. It WORKS! I AM IN A QUANDRY Would like someone to let me/us know about this problem we are expeirencing with battery charge only lasting less than 10 minutes when booklet says 70 Minutes of battery life before recharging! Still wondering I am totally on board with this device disenfecting areas around our home. That being said, I am concerned that either I am NOT understanding the How It Works manuel or I have a faulty device. Am still trying it out at our home and rereading all instructions. A useful item This is a great idea for a useful item around the house. A problem we consistently have is the length of time you can use it before having to recharge it. Charge lasts maybe 15 minutes after it warms up. The lightweight feeling of the purifier is nice because you can carry it from room to room but while its charging, itll take up a good amount of counter space. Its a large item, which sometimes we prefer, and covers a large area while purifying. One thing I must give praise to is the friendliness and helpful attitudes of the customer service agents. We had to have our replaced due to inability to maintain a charge at all and the service agent that assisted was more than helpful. We received our replacement within a week of them receiving the faulty one. All in all I give it 3 stars b/c its expensive and doesnt hold a lengthy charge. But its a great item to use all around the house: bedding, shoes, countertops, keyboards, etc. GREAT, EASY TO SET UP AND USE WAS EASY TO SET UP AND USE, LOVE IT, BECAUSE IT IS LIGHT WEIGHT AND SO EASY TO USE. The wand for purifying I have no way of knowing how well it is working... You are not able to tell if it is cleaning--purifying or not. I hold it but cannot see if or how well it works. It put a smile on my wifes face. Feels better sleeping after i have used it. Worked as promised. Easy to use. With 6 bedrooms it was helpful to have a single tool i could use with confidence to eliminate dust mites, etc. Hope it preforms as advertised I need it Since Ive been using hotel rooms more lately, I think the use of this item will greatly lessen my concerns regarding health issues.
