Review Content Great Product Bought this to replace an older one that had broke and love it. Its so much quieter and like the ease of the control knob. I really like the dual tanks which is much easier to fill than one big tank that I had previously. Like finding a new friend Glad to find a humidifier with cold and warm air options, that doesnt have to be refilled constantly, and that has some built-in cleaning abilities. Simply the best! This Ultrasonic Humidifier works so well that I plan on buying one more for a gift. Im glad I bought it and will buy it again. Everything we had hoped for. We got the humidifier because our condo was incredibly dry and we wanted the humidifier to help with our sinuses. Also, we had a tremendous amount of static electricity due to the carpets. The humidifier does a great job of helping out with both. The static electricity is no longer an issue and we have noticed a considerable difference in our sinuses. Our condo is somewhat sectioned off but the unit does a great job of keeping the entire place more stable. Its most noticeable because the cigar humidifier no longer has to be refilled with water every other day. There have been no issues with the functionality. We have very hard water and the unit must be broken down every few weeks to clean out the mineral deposits but that is to be expected considering. Overall we are very pleased and would absolutely recommend the product to anyone looking to stabilize the humidity in their home. I would buy this product again I use this product in my bedroom as my bedroom has very dry air in the winter. Overall, I love this product, I found I am sleeping better and waking up more rested since I started using it. The only criticism I have for the product is that the panel lights and nite lite function are a little too bright for my liking but I just put something against them and it decreases the brightness. Great product - return buyer We bought this to replace a previous model of this humidifier. The previous one just got too gunked up with stuff from the water in places I couldnt get to. Its a great unit - using it in my daughters bedroom. Its quiet, except for the air gulps that happen occasionally. It doesnt leak, its reliable. I just wish it had the humidity setting on it like the older one did. Gets the job done This humidifier gives just the right amount of moisture and is very quiet. I would highly recommend this product We use this humidifier for our upstairs. It does a great job. Very quiet and easy to operate. I Love Humidifier I ordered two of these.I live in an extremely dry climate,and this is really not good for your skin.With summer coming its even going to be worse,so now Im prepared.I love the two tanks,so when you see one empty you can fill it without disturbing the other.It works off one tank then moves to the next tank.The tanks remove easily and Im very happy with my units.I have one in my living room and one in my bedroom.Moist air is a good thing!! Whisper Quiet I bought this for my bedroom since I run either the air or the heater much of the year and was thinking a little moisture in the air would be healthy. This is a great machine. Its quiet, very quiet, and easy to use. Nothing complicated about it. Its a little large but no larger than it was advertised to be. I bought it because so many others had reviews saying it was hard to refill. This one is a breeze. Really made my life Better...no dry skin I cannot live without humidification in the colder months. there are NO filters to buy and change !! Thats a plus ! best weve tried, but not perfect very easy to fill, double tanks last long between fillings, very quiet but not silent, mist is warm but not warm enough to stay warm as it comes out into room air Ultrasonic Humidifier It does what ir is supposed to - humidify; I have it in my bedroom and have noticed less annoyance with dry lips and dried out nose since using it. I live in Vermont, it is cold and my home gets very dry from heating (oil & propane) during the winter. Only one downside - it is claimed that it will run up to 72 hours - only at the low, low, lowest setting, which doesnt do much -so, less hours as I use it at a higher setting. So far so good I have only used this for less than a week. After trying several different humidifiers and tiring of waking to the glugging noise, I decided to try this one. It hasnt woke me up once. The warm setting on mine is only barely warm. If it were warmer, I would have given it 5 stars. I would buy this item again,great item!! Keeps the living room air very nice in the winter. Great Humidifier, Same price I have two older models with the digital display showing humidity levels and the ability to change the humidity levels to turn off at a certain state for example 50. Now for the same price and feel that I am getting less for the same amount of money. Where is it going? Excellent coverage and fine mist I live by Lake Michigan...winters are brutal and furnace is running a fair amount of time thus leaving my home dry. This humidifier has excellent coverage and I really could not find any negatives about this product. Traditional Product Awesome Results It offers hot and cold steam and will run for hours when both tanks are full. I have tried several humidifiers (some at twice the price) and this one outperforms them all. I like that it operates silently and that, even at the lowest setting, this machine keeps a my large bedroom comfortably at 55-60 per cent humidity. Excellent product Almost silent operation. Easy to use controls, love the cool/warm mist option and nightlight that can be turned off. Tons of mist at full power, gentle flow at low setting, can be adjusted everywhere in-between. Very happy with this product. Wish it filled from the top, but thats a minor issue. Would purchase again. Dry air in Arizona is very hard on sinuses and throat, after just 2 nights sleeping with this I felt better. Exceeded Expectations Michigan winters sap the moisture out of the air. We have used a humidifier for years to avoid dry noses and colds. This humidifier is one of the most convenient we have owned. By splitting its large capacity between two smaller tanks, it is easy to refill. Excellent product Works as described and provides moisture to any dry room especially in the bedroom. We needed to add moisture to our home due to head congestion. The products quickly added the necessary moisture to the rooms we added them to. It runs quietly and the lighted features make it easy to know when to refill. Large capacity - less filling it up Brightest light (the dial) can be turned off; other lights help so I dont trip over it. Its great! Design is user friendly - even if you have a bad back or arthritis. And yet it requires refill only once a day. I would buy this product again. Ultrasonic Humidifier Having two tanks means you need to fill water less often. Unfortunately, you cannot set the tank down when filling (it will fall over). You have to hold the tank in one hand while pouring with the other. very pleased Have had this only a short time but it is working perfectly. It does what it is supposed to do and it is great to look at as well. I am a huge fan of the Sharper Image and this is another in a long line of great products. If anyone needs a humidifier this is the one. I like it! Had smaller humidifier from Sharper Image that lasted 8 years. Purchased another from local store = lots of cons: made carpet feel wet, required expensive filter change every 4 - 6 months = RETURNED and ordered from Sharper Image. HAPPY! = Mist extremely fine uses demineralization cartridges that work great. Duo tanks for water. On/Off light was too bright for nighttime (covered w/small piece of duct-tape). Satisfied in KY Although the ads claim you can use this unit for 72hrs, I assume this is achieved at the lowest cool mist humidity setting. The warm mist option will never go that long. But, when both water tanks are full, the unit will easily run more than 12 hrs when using the warm mist option. An unexpected discovery : the use of a ceiling fan helps to distribute the moisture throughout the bedroom. Overall, we like the unit alot. A great addition to our house. We added this humidifier to our living space. Before we installed it our humidity was 44 percent. Adding it raised it to 51 percent. I no longer get shocked when I touch anything. Ultrasonic UV Humidifier i am a researcher when I buy a product and especially a humidifier! I have had several over the years and know what I like and dont like and i have finally found the BEST.. I live in New England and run this 24/7 in the winter so i need large water reservoirs, and this has that. I appreciate that it is NOT an ugly glaring white ugly monstrosity in the middle of the living room. This machine is subtly unobtrusive. It has easy to use controls. And is not loud. And Easy to clean! Bingo. Good product We sleep much better now. Powerful humidifier We purchased this for our infant sons room. He has severe eczema during the winter and we needed a humidifier. After much research we decided on this. The reservoir tank is HUGE which is very convenient. The unit itself is powerful and the dial enables you to have control as to how much output you want. It works wonderfully. The filter tabs that come with it work great to keep the white residue from tap water to a minimum vs other humidifiers. Negatives:We have to keep towels underneath it, however, because some of the moisture it does emit tends to land around it. The filtration tabs for the water is hard to find. Quiet and No light! I particularly like that it is very quiet at night and is much less bright than any other humidifier I can find. Great humidifier! It has cold and warm mist and it puts out a a good visible mist. Its usually very quiet though at times you can hear a glub glub sound as air bubbles move into the tanks. It also requires demineralization cartridges which not all humidifiers require. Wonderful This humidifier is amazing and I love it. Same price-removed digital display&timer I have already 2 of these, but with the digital display for the timer/humidity level for auto shut off. I just moved to an apartment and disliked the dry air. This humidifier holds almost 2 gallons of water, so it runs quite a while and makes no noise at all! Good humidifier Bought three for the kids rooms and do a pretty good job. Been using them for about a month now. Says 72 hour run time, but probably on lowest setting without the Warm feature on. Use in about 12x14 ft rooms, but would easily work for larger rooms. I fill at least one of the two tanks every night (using low setting with warm feature). Kids like the switchable nightlight feature, it is very quiet (no white noise). HIGHLY recommend getting a pastic tub to set it in since condensation develops and runs down the side and water accumulates under the tanks and drips when taking tanks out. The condensation also evaporates on the machine and causes spotting (so will never look as good as when you take it out of the box). An adjustable, directional nozzle would be a nice feature, otherwise very happy so far. Amazing Humidifier fill every other day This is a great humidifier. Its easy to fill. Directions are simple. Once filled it is good to go typically for two days. There are a few settings and havent had it long enough to know what is optimal for us, but we love this machine and are sleeping so much better in our typically dry as the Sahara apartment. Short Lifespan? Love everything about this humidifier and replaced with same one when motor died after year and half. Hopefully just a fluke! Met all expectations Met expectations. Great Humidifier The unit has two chambers for water so it lasts about 72 hours if on low. Does a GREAT job in the cool air setting. Only drawback I found is that the carpeting and whatever is adjacent to the unit when it is on gets moist. I have it on a hard surface but on the carpet and the carpet stays wet. Not sure how to resolve that. The warm air part is just that, warm, not hot. If you are looking for steam, this is not the unit you need. Otherwise it does a really good job. Hey, this thing works great I bought this humidifier after being disappointed with a cheaper one from a different company. The Sharper Image model worked great right out if the box. It is the perfect size for the floor or on top of a dresser and is simple to use. You can see the mist come straight out of the unit as soon as it starts. I had it on top of a wood dresser and it didnt leave any moisture on the wood. This thing is so quiet you dont even know its on! Ive been using it for two weeks straight so far with great results. I read many reviews before buying and was a little reluctant to spend this much, but couldnt be happier with this product. I use it all night, every night on the medium-highest setting. Recently, after 7 months of heavy use, it stopped working as well.
