Everyone compliments me on it. I would buy this again. I have it own right now on my desk I wrote a review earlier that I regret now because it works fine. When I was first sent this link the little jelly fish seemed to being staying at the top of the tank all the time and not moving around. But after I switched out regular well water for the distilled water (which directions say is recommend but do not say is required) this worked much better. Maybe too because the jelly fish softened in the water. I even like watching it at night because of the lights. It shuts off after about an hour or so. Enjoy fish without feeding them This gives you the opporunity to get the calming effect of a jellyfish aquarium without the expense or bother of taking care of them. It fascinates me I have it sitting on a bookcase and I was hoping I could hook it up to a timer so it would come on by itself every night but that didnt work, it has to be turned on manually every time but that is about the only draw back. Blue is my favorite setting, but every color is great. I want one in every room :) I would also love to have the same thing in bigger size if it exists. If you going to get it, make sure to display it in such way, that you do not look directly at the bottom of the lamp-aquarium, it has lights in there and if you see how it is technically designed it takes the mystery out of it :), put it a little away or up, on mental or shelf or any other display. Another tip: turn it diagonally and it will create an illusion of 4 jellyfish, if you look at the corner. Everyone I showed it to just LOVED it! Sharper Image always has way cool, out there products that are dependable. This product is fun to display The Jelly Fish are made out of some kind of rubberized material. The pump make them rise and sink and respond like real Jelly Fish. The light and pump stays on for 4 hours and it is recommended that it stay off for an hour before turning it on again to save wear & tear on the pump. I was reluctant to purchase this aquarium but am completely happy that I did. When I filled the tank and inserted the jellyfish (2) the tank sides were covered with micro air bubbles which by morning covered the legs and tentacles, tangling the two jellyfish together. I removed the jellyfish, untangled them and replaced them in the tank. By the next day, the air bubbles were all gone and the jellyfish now "dance" freely, repelling to the top and gracefully swimming about. It is easy to forget that these jellyfish are not real as they entertain and captivate in their fluorescent pas de deux, no two moves alike. Im sure Rudolph and Margot are happy in their new home. There is a subtle intermittent hum of the pump, inaudible from a few feet away. Fun while it lasted I LOVED this when I received it. It no longer works correctly now. The buttons wont change the settings and wont even stay pushed in to keep it on. If I want to use it, I have to put tape over the buttons to make them stay in the ON position. Bummer.
